Maurizio, thank you so much ! Everything was perfect. The place is very clean. Room gets cleaned every day, towels and bedsheets changed every second day, There is coffee machine & filtered water available at all times. Space in the fridge for your fresh food and Italian breakfast included in the price. Location is great, close to the centre. We walked from Orange Gardens which are next to Circus Maximus at the back of Forum Romanum and were surprised that it was so close. Supermarket, ice cream & restaurants literally across the street. Maurizio provided links to places to eat & visit, which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay in B & B Easy!

The environment is beautiful, organized and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of food to choose from and is available at any time of the day, and the food on offer is very tasty. The room follows the same standard of organization and cleanliness. Maurizio was very attentive, as well as being friendly and welcoming, he was very good at anticipating our needs as travelers. The bathroom was well equipped and clean too. The location is great and it was super easy to get around Rome. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Rome.

We stayed at B&B Easy for just one night. The check-in was very easy. The location is excellent—very close to the Piramide underground station and the Ostiense railway station, which offers convenient connections to the airport. There’s also a bus stop right across from the apartment with buses to the city centre and the Vatican walking distance to Trastevere. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the one with a private external bathroom. Communication with the host, Maurizio, was excellent—he was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The neighbourhood is lively and well-served, with shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and a fantastic gelateria right next door. Breakfast was varied and delicious—we especially loved the fresh croissants and the coffee with the various coffee machines available. The kitchen was very clean. Loved all the gadgets!!

There were some ants in the bathroom. The kitchen is quite small so if all guests want to have breakfast at the same this they won’t fit in the space - it was not a problem for us but something to be aware of.

I recently stayed for six days, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Maurizio was incredibly friendly and accommodating. As a first-timer in Rome, I really appreciated how he reached out before my arrival to guide me on how to get to the location. He also provided me with a map of Rome and tips on visiting popular tourist spots, along with recommendations for the best local places to enjoy pizza, food, and gelato! Even though I was always rushing out to work in the mornings, I was pleasantly surprised to find a croissant waiting for me in my room when I returned. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Thank you, Maurizio, for making my stay so enjoyable!

Nothing really

We stayed at B&B Easy – and yes, it really was easy to get to! The location is excellent, especially for getting around Rome. We managed to see the whole city in one day using public transport, and I highly recommend getting the 24-hour Rome travel ticket. There are loads of great food options right by the B&B, so you won’t go hungry or waste time wandering. You can also walk to the Colosseum and nearby gardens – a lovely bonus. Maurizio, our host, was fantastic. He helped us from the moment we landed and gave great local recommendations. Honestly, this place is a 10/10. I only stayed one night, but I wish I’d booked the whole week. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Rome.

Maurizio left nothing to chance. From the moment we arrived we could see his attention to detail. Firstly, there was a parking garage very close around a corner from B&B Easy. It was extremely easy to find and convenient. Upon arrival there were delicious snacks including focaccia and wine. The shared kitchen was so well organized. Each room had its own space in the fridge and a breakfast/snack basket as well. The room was immaculately clean and well organized for an excellent stay. The proximity to Rome was so convenient. We love to walk so it was about 25 minutes to get to the area of the Colosseum. I highly recommend staying here. We were able to walk to a great restaurant and there was a coffee shop nearby.

My stay at this accommodation was absolutely fantastic! The location is ideal, with great connections to all the major attractions and important places. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The beautiful balcony was a wonderful bonus! The host Mauricio was incredibly kind, radiating positive energy and an excellent sense of humor. Every restaurant and location he recommended was top-notch and truly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The facility and our room were both clean and quite modern, clearly having been updated in the recent past. Everything worked the way it should and we had no problems with our room. Maurizio was easily accessible via WhatsApp and he responded quickly to the questions we had during our stay. The shared kitchen was small but well-equipped and large enough to allow multiple people to eat at the same time. The room had multiple chargers available that worked with our different phones and battery packs, which was very convenient. The a/c worked well and the TV with Netflix was a nice touch. The train station is a five-minute walk and there's a bus stop even closer than that. The neighborhood is residential so there are a few supermarkets nearby and a number of places to eat. We recommend the gelato shop across the street!

The quality of your stay will be at least partially dependent upon who else is staying there at the same time. We noted that we could hear the conversations of the people next to us on our last night and even the sound of them hanging up clothes in the wardrobe was quite clear. It didn't go on too late but should you have a noisy neighbor it would not be ideal. Prior to that night, however, we heard nothing and slept well. It should be noted that if that's the biggest problem with a place then you don't have much to complain about.

We have spent 6 days in Rome and really enjoyed our stay in B&B. Great location, 4 min from metro Pyramide. Daily cleaning in the room, we have found all the necessary items necessary for us there and even more, say hello to Alice from me :). The bathroom was also fine, and even micellar water and shaving machines were present. There are always snacks in the kitchen, good coffee machine and it is really very clean. Maurizio was very helpful and kindly shared good spots for photos and dining nearby dwelling. Excellent choice, from my point of view.
