Great accommodation in a convenient location . Hosts (Barbara and her mother are super helpful all the time) Close to many eating options and not limited to only Italian cuisine. Very easy to reach by train from FCO airport and then a short 10 mins walk Location also very good for public transport - Metro stop Piramide is max 10 mins walk. Bus stop just outside the place. Felt safe even when returned past midnight. Breakfast - good range of breads, butter, marmalade, cold cuts, juices, tea/coffee. Kitchen is self service and so breakfast can be had early or late.

Its quite impossible to achieve in current set up. Kitchen does not have an oven. And so one cannot have eggs. Its not a show stopper though. My feedback is only to make future prospects aware and so I would not impact my rating because of this shortcoming.

The cleanest hotel I've ever been. Barbara and her mother make this hotel as a cozy home. They offer lots of food in the kitchen from cookie to yogurt all the day. The hotel located in a place very close to the Ostiense Railway Station. You can go to the airport from here by train or shuttle bus (T.A.M bus) directly. Even it's not the center of Rome but many buses can take you to everywhere and it's only 4 stops from Termini by metro. By the way, even it's at the corner of 2 main road. The anti-noise window will block 90% noise.

That will be perfect if they offer any fruit or vegetable in the breakfast.(I do need them particularly in Europe)

I had a lovely stay here as this was a perfect location for me. This is right near the Ostiense train station so you can easily take the train to and from the airport. It is away from the noise of downtown Rome but in an area with many restaurants and cafes. Easy train ride to all points of interests and you can walk to the Colosseum in about 30 minutes.

I was in the furthest room from the wifi router so the internet was a bit intermittent but it was no problem working from the kitchen area. Everything else was fantastic!

Wonderful hotel in an amazing location all around. The hosts were super friendly and met every request I had - I stayed for 3 nights, out of whitch every day I came back to a cleaned room :) The fridge was always stacked with tasty yogurt and refreshments, the coffee from the coffee machine made me not want to drink it anywhere else, and the location had everything you would need from gelato to pizza, mini stores, and train + bus station! By the way - don't miss the pyramid that's right next to the hotel, only a 10 min walk! ;) I will definetly be back, thank you 🥰

really enjoyed my stay. the hostess was very helpful, friendly and responsive. the location was Outstanding. there were amenities for coffee, tea, water, and snacks, but there is not a "real breakfast" - however, the choices were really good and the snacks were very good.

Firstly, it was spic and span. My room and bathroom were very clean. The property was also very accessible, the caretaker was friendly and the location was perfect. I was able to get to all my tours on time and it wasn’t too far from the main city. I would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Rome.

Barbara is a very attentive landlady and was very kind accommodating my unplanned very late arrival. Check in and check out worked wonderfully. The residenza feels like a home, no frills but clean and comfortable, the room had everything needed, the air conditioning was a nice plus.

GREAT hosts: they kept in continuous contact before my arrival and have thought about everything. You will even find a essential cosmetic products if you don't have your own and ear plugs. The room is large and very clean with air conditioning! The property is very easily accessible (by metro or bus and entry straight from the street). Very nice kitchen, with coffee and quite a few options for breakfast!

perfect experience! Barbara is very nice and always ready to reply me through WhatsApp. Also, the 24h kitchen provides enough and high quality food for not only breakfast but also night snack.
