The apartment is very secure, quiet and spacious. The area is out of the centre of Rome so isn't touristy. There is a metro station (Piramide) 15 mins walk away which links into the centre. The train station (Roma Ostiense) has direct trains to/from the airport. Lovely big balcony with table and chairs although there's not much of a view.

The kitchen could have done with more equipment (better bowls, chopping boards, toaster) but was sufficient for a short stay.

Stayed with my husband and daughter and didn't want to book 2 hotel rooms. This apartment was excellent. It had one double bedroom and a living space with a comfortable sofa bed. Had small kitchen, utility space and a huge wrap around balcony. The balcony was perfect for having a glass of wine before going out for dinner. The area is a little bit out of the main tourist area, but short walk from Piramid Metro station and well served by local buses that take you to all the top attractions. Also plenty of really good restaurants and short walk from Tessiccio Market which is ideal for lunch tasting really nice local pastas, pizzas and other local dishes. Would highly recommend

The location is a major asset, especially for business travelers, given its proximity to the office (in my case) and the convenience of the railway station (direct connection to the airport) and local restaurants. The rooms are spacious, though they tend to be a bit dark—a style choice that guests may or may not appreciate. The staff were exceptional; very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.

The rating is lower than usual. The room smelled of sewage which someone tried to mask with an equally intense air freshener, resulting in an atmosphere that was impossible to breathe in. Not the first time there, but each time need to send ID scan for late-check-in, provide invoice information - like neve been there before. The rest is good, but this time was bit dissapointed on quality of the room.

Large, clean and modern hotel room with all the creature comforts in a quieter part of Rome but still close to everything. The bed was very comfy, shower was great, staff were nice and if you don't mind a 30-45m walk, it is an easy stroll to all the monuments and the Trastavere foodie area. Some nice spots to eat around the hotel too, and close to the train station of you don't want to walk. The price for the size and location was exceptional. Only downside was the extortionate price the charge to use their washing machine and dryer - very high for something that costs them maybe 1 cent to run.

The room was very large and modern with a huge balcony. It also had a whole kitchen. I think it was even nicer than the pictures. The bathroom was super nice and so were the furnishings.

The location is not that good. Its not in the best area and you will have to be taking a taxi/bus to most things. I think when you are in Rome its essential to have a good location so you can walk everywhere, but this hotel will not allow you to do that. We also checked out at about 6am, but nobody was working at this time, so we had to leave the keys inside the room and then leave. It was a bit of a mess

For a stay of two people, the location was fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped – we prepared breakfast and dinner daily, the bedroom (as the entire studio) spacious, and the space was very clean. Additionally, the terrace (which surrounds the apartment) is perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine in the (every :) ) evening. In our opinion, we made the best choice, even though we walked 15-20 minutes to the city center each day (for those interested, there's a metro station less than 1000 m from the location). I would choose this place anytime over a location three times smaller in the city center.

Nothing worth mentioning

The apartment was very spacious and the decor was retro. Very clean lines and a calming energy. The king bed was comfortable, blackout shades a huge plus and the shower was lovely. I would have liked to stay longer and use the kitchen and terrace but I was only in and out. Free and easy parking on the apartment street. Great crepe and gelato shop up the way as well as a bar with a great Aperativo deal. I will absolutely stay again.

I wish the fitness facility was larger and had more equipment. One other little thing was the bathrobe was a bit tattered. Not an issue at all just more of an observation.

Staff all friendly and helpful. My suite was lovely. Location is great 5/10 min stroll to metro and mainline stations.

I know you have to pay extra to unlock cooking facilities which is fair enough, I have no issue with that but it would have been nice to have access to a fridge.

. Good location, very close to metro/train station . Huge room . Good-sized bathroom with a shower with good pressure . Everything looked new and/or well maintained . The staff was really nice and helpful.

. Breakfast is delivered to the room instead of being served as a buffet. In particular, I didn't like the experience because they limit what you can choose (for example: under ‘pastries’ you could only choose bread and muffins; under ‘drinks’, only juice and espresso, etc...). . The access card to the room always gave an error and it was difficult to open the door.
