I stayed with my mom for 4 nights at B&B Colori di Roma and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Sabrina is a truly exceptional host – warm, caring, and attentive to every detail. I have never experienced such personalized service anywhere else; you can really feel her dedication and thoughtfulness in everything she does. When we arrived, she immediately offered us fresh water, which was a very kind gesture after traveling. She also made sure to meet the needs of my mom, who doesn’t speak English, and was very patient when I translated – this made my mom feel very comfortable and welcome. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and tidied up every single day. Breakfast is an absolute highlight: always plentiful, high-quality, and completely customized. Every morning you are served a jug of coffee or tea and juice, and you can even choose whether you’d like your milk warm or cold. Eggs are prepared exactly to your preference, and vegetarian options are also available. Rarely have I seen breakfasts so generous and so personalized – everything is made with fresh local products, and the bread is always deliciously fresh. Communication with the host is excellent throughout the whole stay. Sabrina recommends great local restaurants, is always ready to give advice, and even offered us umbrellas when it rained. In case of any unexpected situation, her response is immediate. After check-out, it is possible to leave your luggage, which is very convenient. The location is also great – within walking distance to the Colosseum and very close to the metro. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay. My mom and I were deeply impressed by the warm hospitality, and we will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The stay was amazing, the room is very homely. We only travelled with hand luggage & the room had a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner etc which we needed. Breakfast in the morning is fantastic with the choice of sweet/savoury options. The location is great - Sabrina gave us some recommendations for dinner and we went to Osteria Fratelli Mori (about a 5 min walk) and it was exceptional. There is also a new coffee shop across the street called Cafe Merenda which was amazing. & a delicious gelateria at the end of the street. We travelled from FCO airport to Ostiense station which was very handy. Also used the underground a lot to get around which was perfect for us. Overall an amazing stay on our first visit to Rome and would love to come back. Thank you Sabrina 😃

Everything was very clean, the decoration was beautiful and with attention to detail, the bed is very comfortable. The host, Sabrina, is very kind, considerate and available. Breakfast was great and delivered to the room at the requested time (between 7:30-9:30) and any preferences can be communicated to the host. The room was very quiet and the windows isolated the outdoor traffic noise perfectly. The AC works well, the bathroom is equipped with clean towels and great shampoos / shower gel. The location is close to the metro and in 20min you can be at Roma Termini or is 10-15min at the Colosseum. Everything was perfect!!

Nothing, everything was amazing

This has been our favorite stay in Italy. When you come to Sabrina's, you feel as if you are staying with a lovely friend who is helpful, kind, and caring. We found it very easy to get everywhere in Rome by foot, by bus, or by metro. Our room was spotless, very quiet, and had everything we needed--including a large table and sofa. The breakfast was so delicious that we changed our plans not to miss it!! When we return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a perfect stay, Sabrina!

Hospitality: Sabrina (The owner) possesses an amazing personality; she is so sociable and very friendly! Excellent hospitality! She is there for any question or request to answer and help! Giving the right information on how to reach the hotel from the airport; providing city map; suggesting where to eat and what/where to visit in Rome; and all other advice when needed. Cleanness: The room so neat, so clean! Keep it up! Location: The location is great! Centre for many locations, easily accessible to several key tourist attraction areas in Rome.

Breakfast: I suggest some improvement in breakfast service, because every day the menu seems almost the same food type. It would be better to change the food types a little bit. For instance, the bread provided in my first morning was very dry, very difficult to eat. I reported that to the B&B owner and then I was provided good bread afterwords. So, I suggest it is better to check the nature of food before serving guests. Reading Table: The edges of reading table are very sharp (an old wooden table with sharp edges). I am a researcher working long hours. The table hurt my leg. Very difficult to work on that table.

The rooms are clean and modern, bathrooms have good amenities, and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is balanced and delicious, location is convenient and near a station. Sabrina in paritcular is an exceptionally excellent host. She brings the art of hosting to a whole new level.she is attentive to your needs, and happy to offer her help at any moment. Staying here is like staying with a dear friend. Thank you for hosting us, you made our stay in Rome a hundred times better :)

Sabrina was a wonderful host, she was very accommodating, offering a tremendous fresh breakfast every morning. She took on board my pregnant wife's needs and nothing was a problem. Great area really with lots of restaurants and bars away from the tourist traps and crowds of the city centre. Close to metro for easy travel around the city

Honestly nothing!

Owner is amazing woman. She is helpful, nice and proactivly helping abd caring. Everyday cleaning was nice Breakfast nice. Area is neer by bus to center and there is a lot of restorant and caffe and store around.

Room is littlebit small, but for sleep is OK :) There is streight steps up, bud its just 2 floor, so no big deal.

Sabrina is a superstar! We are at our next accommodation now and I miss her. She is extremely helpful and caring. The cleaner of the room was the best we’ve ever had. The breakfasts Sabrina made daily were exceptional. The room was very clean, big and just perfect. Thanks Sabrina, I’ll be recommending you to everyone!

Sabrina is the best host we could have ever expected for! Very welcoming and helpful, makes sure we get all we need, and leverages our experience in Rome. The room is very clean and convenient, the breakfast is exactly how you want to start your day. When we asked oat milk instead of regular milk, she supplied it to us without a problem. The place is very close to the train station which also takes you directly from/ to the airport. Thank you Sabrina for helping us enjoy Rome!
