Great location near to metro, few stops to the city central, great equipment in the flat and room. Clean and comfy, great balcon we used every day. Fantastic restaurant nearby, also 3 supermarkets to buy anything you need. We got very useful advices what to visit.

For better privacy I would recommend to change interior doors for some noise and light cancelling one, every step and word from the hall is possible to hear at room, even see the light on. Water temperature is not stable while showering, when you find temperature you like, it's cold in a few moments. On the other hand, even through these little minuses, I can recommend and I will be happy when I will be able to come back again.

I loved the balcony, this was perfect for a solo traveller, but I can see how couples can enjoy it too!

Unfortunately, the neighborhood was loud with traffic, and the apartment above me had a dog that would be loud in the mornings, so sleeping in was not an option. The cleaning team comes promptly at 9:30 every morning, so if you are looking to sleep in, this is not the ideal place to do so.

Our room was nice, all the three rooms had a shared kitchen, which was fully furnished. It wasn't problem to communicate in English. Breakfast was good. We got ticket for breakfast to near bakery, the coupon included one coffee or capuccino and one sweet pastry. They even have a gluten-free versions, and the pastry was delicious. 😁 Apartement was near the metro station, where you could take train straight to the city center.

At the apartement wasn't anything bad, just be careful at night in the neighborhood.

The place is very clean and comfortable. It has very easy access to the historical center ( subway is a 5 minutes walk). It is also very nice to have a balcony. Reception was very smooth with very nice and helpful people. Wifi works very well. Cool restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

There are many B&Bs in Rome but this is really special. It is located in a quiet suburb easily reached from Leonardo da Vinci airport by train and close to a metro station and bus routes. There are some very good cafes and restaurants nearby, the best of which is the highly recommended Stellina Garbatella which is open from 09 00 to 23 00 so provides breakfast, excellent fixed price lunches, fabulous pizzas and excellent dinners. But these are not the only reasons you should stay here: it's also the team that run the B&B. Walter, the manager, speaks perfect English and is always available on WhatsApp. He absolutely went the extra mile for us when one of our bags didn't arrive from London and proactively engaged with the courier company to help us get the bag. And all on his day off!

The check -in lady was super friendly and nice

A guy who booked an early check in for me ( I didn’t even ask for it ) and then demanded 15 euro for it and by the way I did the check in at 14:00 and he still demanded the money for the early check in ( I didn’t even want). The guy was rude and pushy.

One of the best things about the staying was the attentive and friendly staff, from the moment I did the check-in, they were so kind and respectful, made me feel at home! The room was comfortable and very very clean, with its own bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Loved the fact that is well located, with easy access to the metro, which comes in very handy when arriving from the airport and when going to downtown. I've stayed in this area before; Garbatella is a lovely artsy neighborhood, with lots of options for eating and drinking, yet not as busy as downtown, but you are still very close to it to do some sightseeing and then come back to a well deserved peaceful night.

I stayed four night here and it went very well. The location is great (easy access to metro train and buses). The room and the toilet is pretty small, but that did not affect my comfort as everything I needed for my comfort was there.

Passing through three locked doors to access to the apartment and then another one to enter to the room.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, 3 minutes walk from metro station, surrounded by a couple of good restaurants. The room is clean. The host and staffs are super nice and helpful.

The only bad thing is, the room that I stay is not that soundproof, I can always hear my neighbor (not guests of the hotel, but people who live in the flat next to the hotel) talking and smashing something.
