It's in a residential community neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. The daily breakfast at the neighborhood cafe was amazing and the staff at the property are attentive and swift to respond. The Metro is a 5 minute walk and there's a bus next door to the property.

It is a mixed space where other floors have permanent residents which sometimes feels awkward but no one was rude.

The rooms are way more beautiful than I expected the whole apartment is spacious and very clean, also you get very nice view from the terrace. The location is really good the metro station is just few minutes walk.

The only thing that disturbed me and I can't give 10 is because the man that was working there was knocking so hard on my door in the morning telling me I had to leave without even checking until when was my stay. I'm not easily disturbed but that was so rude because first of all I really wanted to rest that morning because I was so tired and second I had one more night there. Please be as quiet as possible in the mornings when you come clean.

It’s in a great location, outside of the tourist center, but very accessible to it via metro. Good coffee / pastry breakfast provided at local cafe. Room was bright, clean, and comfortable. Espresso machine in kitchen was appreciated. Strong wifi. Good communication with owners / staff.

The communal shower water pressure could be a bit better. Also hard to find a happy medium between hot and cold water.

The place is in a quiet area of Rome and well connected with the historical center with metro. The house has a beautiful terrace view. Aldo the host is super nice, he picked me up from the airport very late in night :) also with the room you get a ticket for free breakfast on the bar around the corner where I could have a good vegan cornetto and coffee🥰

The only down was the mattress, not super comfortable I think because the bed is quite old as the rest of the house.

Comfortable rooms with modern windows, natural light and good air conditioning. The kitchen had enough dining tables, kettle, cutlery, tea and coffee facilities. The location is near to the metro station, super market and food outlets. Staff was very helpful and available on whatsapp.

It would have been good if the kitchen had a sink to wash the used cups in the kitchen itself and a bigger refrigerator since the refrigerator was mostly occupied.

The room was spacious, a beautiful view and wide windows. The bed was confortable and the room was clean. It includes breakfast in a bar one block from the b&b.

The check in was made on the phone, it would be appropriate if anyone would show up.

Perfect location near metro station, so you can reach the city centre in few minutes and half an hour to Ostia. Friendly personal, clean rooms. Overaly it was nice stay over weekend.

Location was very close to Metro and Bus stations, also Supermarket and restaurants are nearby. B&B has free coffee machine where you can have Italian expresso and they kept cake and cereals which we did not expect to have

There is no place for us to clean any spoons or bowls which we use in the morning, so we are completely dependent on person in-charge to clean it, but few times we found unclean bowls and spoon. This could be due to other person staying or person in-charge not cleaning them properly

Helpful staff, clear directions given to the property. I asked for an iron, and they responded quickly. Also, they were kind enough to grant our request when we ask if we can leave the luggage after checkout.

Its really a good place to live, whole staff is super cooperative. No additional or hidden charges, very comfortable location, no traffic noise. Well equipped with everything, e.g air conditioner.
