Excellent soundproofing. The room is very quiet. The hotel is located on a quiet street, in a very pleasant area. It is close to the city center, and the bus stop is just a few steps away from the hotel. Bus number 160 quickly takes you to the center and runs frequently. Very clean. Towels and bed linens are changed daily, and the rooms are cleaned. The staff is cheerful and friendly. The service is top-notch.

As for the drawbacks: the food is too delicious, you might gain weight ;)

Great double bed for the parents and a large sofa bed for the younger one. We slept extremely well also because of the light-blocking curtains. The room was large and included a full desk for the occasional need to use the laptop. We were extremely pleasantly surprised to receive fresh fruits in the morning. The breakfast was very well balanced, a lot to choose from, and very very tasty! Not to forget about the coffee, just right! Staff always attentive and helpful, on the few occasions we asked for it. Close to buses that took us to the city centre. Will definitely consider coming back to this hotel if we return to Rome.

The staff is welcoming, and really nice. If you stay here you will be in for a treat !! The hotel itself is really nice with good design (and if you stay in the suite it’s even better) I can only recommend you to stay in this hotel. The only downside (for others maybe but for us it wasn’t at all a downside because it’s was we were searching for) is that the hotel is a little bit far from the center. We had rented a car beforehand so we didn’t care, we wanted something not in the center to have a parking and to be in a calm district.

Nothing, it was just the perfect stay

The room was really big, with big windows. Also the bathroom was large enough, with all the needs. We got breakfast every morning, tasty food and fresh coffe and nice smells of the meals. Pineapples, oranges were amazing. If location looks a bit far away from the center, it was really cheap and simple to get to all the famous places with city bus. Even to the Fiumicino airport we went with bus and with the train. Bus stations are very close to the hotel, and if you need to walk some- it is very nice neighbourhood around and it was cool to get to know the area.

It was no shampoo left. After the first room cleaning there were no longer large towels. But it was ok with smaller ones.

Precise House Mantegna (formerly Aran Mantegna) is a good choice if you need or want to be in this slightly unusual part of Rome. It's quite easy to get everywhere but it's not central. The hotel is part of a conference centre, so everything is spacious and there are lots of rooms. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. There's a fridge but no coffee machine. I'm a tea drinker and they sent up a kettle when I asked about one. I had a relaxing stay and didn't even go out for most of one day when it was raining a lot! There's a nice lobby bar and a restaurant.

Watch out for water leaking from the bath area if you take a shower. I've stayed here before and the fancy shower doors don't quite seal properly. It's easy to mop up the water with one of the towels or the bath mat but any clothes you drop on the floor may get soaked.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel was secure and approximately a 10 minute's cab ride to the centre ( costing 16-20 euros). The metro was a 15-minute walk. The hotel was clean and modern, with air-conditioned rooms. The room has limited plug sockets, so an extension would be useful for charging more than two items.

The bed was a little firm for my preference, and the bath was missing a plug. Nothing major and overall the stay was great

Room was uncomfortable since the toilet is basically in the bedroom with the small glass doors. Breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from various dishes.

The main thing i did not like when staff told that taxi to airport is accepting card and in the airport was told that only cash - it took for us way longer to argue with taxi driver and price went up since we had to take cash from untrustworthy ATM

Staff prompt and friendly. Helped me well with checking in n my queries. The rooms n Amenities are superb n spacious with special mirror effect. Welcome fruit's n drinks. Breakfast is also very nice. Location is good 15-20 minutes from Vatican n airport. Got to use Uber most of the time which is prompt anyway. Nice place n location if you like quite area.

The room was huge. I must've been upgraded to a larger suite or something. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful with questions. This hotel is in a super quiet part of Rome but that also gives it appeal. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the city center.

There was a couch that was sticky and maybe had been missed by housekeeping. It looked like something had been spilled on it. Otherwise, nothing but good things to say about this place. The balcony was an extra added touch that was really nice to have.
