Staying at Aparthotel Colombo in Rome was an exceptional experience. Each day, while we explored the beautiful city of Rome, our room was meticulously cleaned, and we were provided with fresh towels, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free return. The staff was incredibly welcoming, understanding, and kind, adding a personal touch to our stay that made it even more memorable. Their attentiveness and hospitality greatly enhanced our vacation, making Aparthotel Colombo a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting Rome.

We stayed in the hotel for one week and would stay here again. The Superior Room was big and comfortable. We liked the breakfast and the excellent morning coffee. Staff was very kind. We also used the hotel garage, which was very practical. Regarding public transport: the bus stop is almost across the hotel and metro station Garbatella is 1.2km away. We mostly used the metro station and the street feels safe even late in the evening.

We did not like the duvet covers.

Without a doubt the best hotel I've ever been to trough my years of keen travelling! The aparetment was spotless, spatious, modern-equipped with everything needed, including a huge dishwasher, fridge, microwave with grill, USB outlet for charging, smart TV. Fully equipped bathroom with an enormous shower, including shower slippers (!) and a bidet. Cleverly done indirect A/C. Huge mirror and wardrobe, abundance of different forms of lighting. Big comfortable bed. Rich breakfast buffet with very tasty coffee. The receptionist Alessandra was just lovely - very attentive, pleasant, and helpful. Hug on checkout included! :)

There really wasn't anything that could need immediate improvement. Maybe except the rather prevalent noise coming from the inner yard. The breakfast room could be a bit bigger as it got crowded pretty quickly.

The location is far away from all the crowd. Seems to be in a business center. Buses available all the time so transportation to city center and railway/metro was not an issue. The staff though, especially Alessandra, was extremely supportive and attended to all our needs. She made our stay extremely pleasant.

The hotel excels in offering a great breakfast, providing guests with a delightful start to their day. Additionally, the staff is commended for being extremely helpful, enhancing the overall guest experience with their attentiveness and assistance.

Our hotel room was equipped with a kitchen and a dishwasher, providing a convenient option for those preferring to prepare their own meals. However, it's notable that the room we were in lacked plates, glasses, or utensils, which could pose a challenge for guests looking to fully utilize the kitchen amenities. Located at a distance from Rome that is not easily walkable. But despite this, the hotel benefits from excellent public transportation links, with bus stops located almost directly in front of the property, ensuring that the heart of Rome remains within easy reach for guests.

Property located in a relative good location, bus station in the vicinity, as well as the metro line (like 10-15min walk). The staff here is extremely friendly and the breakfast was fantastic! I would say one of the best staff in my travel history so far! There is also daily change of towels and other cleaning services. 24hours checkin as well

The only reason why I didn’t provided maximum points is because of the poor soundproofing. Sometimes you have the feeling that someone is in the same room with you :) i was also ready to go at the reception to ask for a solution because of the very loud persons from the room near by (after 23:00), which i personally didn’t find this nice if you want to sleep or simply relax

The room had a connecting door with the next room and all noises were easily heard, plus the rude neighbours who were very loud (shouthing loud) at late hours... Also the breakfast area is a little too small and the breakfast should have more variety.

* Very early cleaning of the room, and it’s during breakfast, we came back to room after breakfast and there was cleaning despite we put a sign that we are inside the room. And after cleaning a lot of dust in the room anyway. Just waste of time and we couldn’t use the room. * Breakfast was nice but very same eggs plus sausage every day. * Dirty dishes on one breakfast, had to find clean one. * A bit cold floor in the room.

Very nice staff, allways with a smile on face, kind regards to the people of reception and breakfast room.

On checkout the made was very rough. It is true the checkout had to be done until 12 a clock, and I was a little late( my daughter did not felt good a night before and she woke up late). At 11:40 the made came to our door and scold us that in 10 min we should leave. After all I was late 20 lousy min, for a good reason, I did not kill somebody. I give score 10 to staff ( I do not throw a box for a bad apple), but she make me felt very uncofortable. A big NO to urban bus, which hotel is not to blame, ATAC ( the urban bus) is like shit, allways late and allways with under construction problem, and bored drivers.

The reception staff were the most professional and friendly staff that I have met so far. Especially Deborah at the reception who handled the checkout was extremely helpful. Everyone spoke excellent English, and all the staff went above and beyond to help make the stay as fantastic as possible. I also liked the breakfast buffet very much. Fresh, tasty ingredients, and good variety. Parking was available in a garage below the hotel. A good gym was also available next door to the hotel. The restaurants the hotel staff recommended were fantastic. The laundry room next to the reception had a well functioning laundry machine and dryer.

The pots and pans that were delivered to the kitchen were not very clean. There was a dishwasher in the room, but no dish washing tablets or anything for washing the plates by hand was available.
