The Hotel is brand new, the room was pristine! There has been a lot of efforts put into the visual appearance, especially the lighting. All the furniture is of a high quality with a confort in mind. The breakfast was amazing, the Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful chapel inside the hotel, so if that's something you may be interested in, it is a unique occasion to take advantage of it.

The property does neither have pool nor the gym available, despite it being sold as available amenities. (As of March 2025). The Location of the hotel is not very good unless you have a car. It's quite far from the city center and the surrounding streets aren't of the nicest. Also, since there is no Metro station nearby, you are dependent on the buses, which are known not to be the most reliable.

The room was very clean, the facilities were good, and overall, it was a comfortable stay. The room itself was virtually soundproof: my room was right next to the breakfast room, but you wouldn't think so, as when I was inside my room I couldn't hear a thing! The breakfast was of an incredible quality, and there were gluten-free options on offer, too. The staff were very professional and welcoming.

To reach the heart of the city, you do have to travel by bus or book a taxi. However, the hotel does offer a shuttle bus service into the city centre, which is a great service to offer.

Excellent staff and services, cleanliness of hotel, mini bar at front desk with sitting area, Breakfast and restaurant, Terrace and overall layout. Rooms were very comfortable, clean, and air conditioner for August was very good. Very quiet area on the outskirts of the city, but easily can call a taxi or other transport for a quick ride to the city center.

There were a few homeless people camping down the adjacent main street. While walking to get café and pastries they were catcalling my wife and begging me for money. We ignored them. Unfortunately the area around the hotel is a bit dirty and shady. I would use discretion, especially at night. It did not affect my stay at the hotel. I would stay again.

We stayed here for one night before our return flight and had an excellent experience. The hotel has all the necessary facilities and is just 20 minutes from the city center, with no traffic along the way. Because of this, I recommend choosing this hotel over the more expensive options in the city center. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are modern, and the staff were extremely courteous. It’s a fantastic value for the price, and I highly recommend it for both solo travelers and families who want to save money without compromising on comfort. The breakfast was delicious, and with a restaurant conveniently located inside the hotel, dining was stress-free and convenient.

Nothing to dislike

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was very good, and the overall hotel facilities were remarkable. The restaurant is great, and we loved the variety we had for breakfast. Not to mention the dinner - both food and service were outstanding. The staff was very helpful at all times.

2 points, not deal breakers: - Location: It's about 40mins by bus away from the major tourist attractions. Consider this if you are planning to leave early morning to avoid the tourist crowds - Breakfast: As more guests started to arrive for the extended weekend, the breakfast experience became a bit messy. Again, not deal breakers. Just be prepared.

Installations where wonderful, great in house restaurant and breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had

The WiFi and streaming of media was suboptimal at best, couldn’t ever link any streaming service form my phone to the TV or load from the TV it self, the only one that worked was YouTube and had a lot of problems loading content consistently

The food there is great, loved it. The employees were very friendly and give the best experience that you could ask for. Lorenzo is the best server/bartender to ask for anything you need. He has a bright future ahead of him.

Everything was perfect. People at the hotel (reception, bar, housekeeping, kitchen) are the kindest ever ! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is fresh, with large amount of meals. We felt very welcomed and will sure come again :)

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. They were always willing to assist.

The were no carpets by the bedside, also the TV was not connected to the internet. The plug where the kettle is situated was not working also.

Very cozy and comfy everything was great…just off the side of the busy area but still convenient and accessible enough that’s it’s not a lot of work to get the main areas
