Honestly, I am bit sad, that we didn't started our trip from there. Neighbourhood is super safe and cozy, right downstairs there is amazing cafetteria for ice cream or easy food. Host was amazing, and gave full indroduction about the city, what we should be avare off, and so on. Kitchen was fully equipped with food for breakfast and juice, tea, coffee and so on. Room had it-s own seperate bathroom, conditioning system. Everything was stylish and super clean, cozy. Host contacted couple times due the trip to hear how we are doing.
Apartment are quite far from city centre (over 30 minutes to drive), and in the middle of the season, by +30 outside in non conditionated public transport it can be a quite issue. Seems that neighbourhood (or) had an old conditioning system outside part on the wall somewhere near. Had do sleep with soundproof equipment all trip. But it shouldnt bother if guest sleeps hard.

The host and staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room is spacious, the bathroom is excellent, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. For those traveling with children, there are plenty of toys and a crib available, which is a great help for parents. The space includes a fully equipped shared kitchen, and a special touch was the lactose-free milk in the fridge — which helped a lot since my children are lactose intolerant. The location is great: away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still close (about 15 minutes by taxi). There are several bus stops nearby that go to the center, as well as excellent restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and pharmacies just a short walk from the accommodation. The Wi-Fi is also excellent — stable and fast. Without a doubt, we will stay here again when we return to Rome.

Perfect breakfast. Perfect host. Perfect location. The owner reserved for us parking place for free 100 m from apartment. It is close to 3 catacombs - 15-20 minutes on foot. We recommend to all and hope that we will come back. Thank you very much.

The host, the room, the building itself, everything is as it should be. It's a kind of residential area, as in blocks of flats but it's quite organized and well maintained. The host helped us with a parking spot on the street, which is free of charge but still you need to be able to find a place. The room was well organized and clean, the bathroom also. On the small balcony you can find a rack to dry some clothes if needed. TV and A/C working properly. The access to the city "center" can easily be done by busses with multiple stations in the area. A supermarket close by (7 min of walking) and a automatic gas station also in the area. The kitchen area is a shared room (shared kitchen) but it's got all the tools needed - including breakfast (fridge), coffee, tea, pans and a washing machine.
Depending on your roomies (there was a big apartment which is now divided in 1 entry with hallway, 3 independent rooms with key, and 1 shared kitchen area) you might get some "powerful smells" from the kitchen ... and also sharing same pan and same gas stow at the same hour in the morning could become difficult ... but not impossible :)

Marco met us at the property and showed us the facilities. The place is on a residential neighborhood and a bit tricky to find. Once we found the building we went up to the 4th floor. Once we arrived it was better than expected. The place has been updated and was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great and he had lots of snacks and breakfast items that were provided. The place was somewhat central to most tourists places. We took buses everywhere and they were safe and reliable. The great thing was that all buses accepted Apple Pay so you don’t need to get a separate bus ticket or token. Overall it was a great price and value.

Very clean and comfortable. It felt safe and was close to a large super market, a couple great restaurants and bus stops. We also loved the kitchen area with snacks and drinks available. And Marco, the host, was super responsive and very helpful. Oh and the A/C worked great which was a real plus for us since it was unusually hot!!
It was a little far from the heart of the city but I actually liked being in more of a suburb where it wasn’t so touristy.

Our stay at Apia Garden was excellent. The cleanliness of the property was impressive - everything was spotless and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the staff's helpfulness. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether we needed directions, recommendations, or assistance with any requests, the team was always ready to help with a smile. The combination of a pristine environment and exceptional service made our time in Rome even more memorable. I highly recommend Apia Garden for anyone visiting Rome.

We didn't take full advantage of the well-equipped shared kitchen during our visit, as it's not very convenient to cook when you know there are other people nearby in the rented rooms. Smells can be annoying and unpleasant, so you need to be tolerant and avoid such situations. Our room was nice and comfortable with a large bathroom. And the balcony lacked coziness, intimacy to make you want to look there in the morning or spend the evening at dusk.
It would be nice if all the rooms had their own small bar fridges where they could store their personal purchases as this would help avoid misunderstandings at breakfast.

We had a pleasant experience at Appiah Garden. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent— a quick bite before venturing out into the city. The location was convenient, providing a quiet escape from the bustling main city. We discovered some great restaurants nearby, particularly enjoying the pizzeria and ice cream shop just a few minutes away.
Even though it was a convenient spot, it was somewhat distant from the city. After strolling around Rome all day, the journey back to the place feels lengthy, and you simply want to jump into bed.
