Excellent soundproofing. The room is very quiet. The hotel is located on a quiet street, in a very pleasant area. It is close to the city center, and the bus stop is just a few steps away from the hotel. Bus number 160 quickly takes you to the center and runs frequently. Very clean. Towels and bed linens are changed daily, and the rooms are cleaned. The staff is cheerful and friendly. The service is top-notch.

As for the drawbacks: the food is too delicious, you might gain weight ;)

Fantastic Stay in Rome! We had a fantastic stay at the hotel during our time in Rome. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. A big thank you to Daniella for arranging our transport back to the airport – it made our departure stress-free and smooth. We’re also incredibly grateful to Charbel, the Manager, for all his helpful guidance throughout our stay. Whenever we needed information or recommendations, he was always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and we looked forward to the amazing breakfast every morning – such a great way to start each day! And last but not least, Mario was the absolute best! From the first day, he went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we needed. He truly made us feel at home – he definitely deserves a promotion! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family visiting Rome!

Daniela! DANIELA! DANIELA! and Daniela again. Please i am talking about Daniela at the front desk she has a little table, a computer and a wonderful smile. My wife and I have never experienced such care in our lives. She was jus amazing and fantastic. In Fact she made our stay in rome brighter and better. From the minute we arrived at 10am on a sunday she offered us breakfast (it was included) but just to have someone offering us breakfast was amazing, she gave us a nice and warm welcome with the best smile ive seen in the hotel industry for years. Why was it the best? Because she was genuine. She really cared for us. She played with our little boy who is 2 years and straight away we felt like home. She became an extended family member. She did a lot more than this little story and GOD knows we were happy and we will defo return to that same hotel. Now the hotel is well located a ride from attractions and private. Good facilities, nice size rooms and clean. Great stay overall. Taxi service is good to if you want to move around. Decent breakfast. Good value for money.

This was my second stay at Precise Hotel Mantegna, and once again, it felt like coming home. The warmth and professionalism of the staff truly set this place apart — special thanks to Viola, Elda, and their wonderful manager Caterina, whose welcome was as genuine as it was gracious. Emanuele runs the breakfast buffet with care, personally checking in on guests to ensure they’re comfortable and well-fed — a rare and thoughtful touch. At the bar, Lorenzo brings charm and good energy, always serving up drinks and bites with a smile. I wholeheartedly recommend Precise Hotel Mantegna to anyone seeking comfort, kindness, and a place that truly feels like home while away.

room service could be a value addition to this Hotel. Everything else is so excellent, this would tip the scales for sure.

Great double bed for the parents and a large sofa bed for the younger one. We slept extremely well also because of the light-blocking curtains. The room was large and included a full desk for the occasional need to use the laptop. We were extremely pleasantly surprised to receive fresh fruits in the morning. The breakfast was very well balanced, a lot to choose from, and very very tasty! Not to forget about the coffee, just right! Staff always attentive and helpful, on the few occasions we asked for it. Close to buses that took us to the city centre. Will definitely consider coming back to this hotel if we return to Rome.

The staff is welcoming, and really nice. If you stay here you will be in for a treat !! The hotel itself is really nice with good design (and if you stay in the suite it’s even better) I can only recommend you to stay in this hotel. The only downside (for others maybe but for us it wasn’t at all a downside because it’s was we were searching for) is that the hotel is a little bit far from the center. We had rented a car beforehand so we didn’t care, we wanted something not in the center to have a parking and to be in a calm district.

Nothing, it was just the perfect stay

The room was really big, with big windows. Also the bathroom was large enough, with all the needs. We got breakfast every morning, tasty food and fresh coffe and nice smells of the meals. Pineapples, oranges were amazing. If location looks a bit far away from the center, it was really cheap and simple to get to all the famous places with city bus. Even to the Fiumicino airport we went with bus and with the train. Bus stations are very close to the hotel, and if you need to walk some- it is very nice neighbourhood around and it was cool to get to know the area.

It was no shampoo left. After the first room cleaning there were no longer large towels. But it was ok with smaller ones.

The reception was excellent – very welcoming and respectful. We were offered breakfast and a welcome drink as a kind gesture of hospitality. The person in charge of the restaurant was extremely kind, and I would especially like to thank him for the delicious cappuccino he prepared for us.

The only thing I did not like was that one of the housekeeping staff entered our room even though I had placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign. This should not have happened, and I am not sure how it occurred.

It was located in a great family centered area with access to a lot of bus routes.

I did not like how the bathroom was set up. If you’re sharing a room with someone, there was a lot of privacy. Also, every time you take a shower, water would get every where. Also, the refrigerator and air conditioner didn’t work very well. But luckily the weather was great during our stay and we didn’t really need the refrigerator.
