The hotel was across the road from the conference center we were working at - and was very affordable so we could stay a few days extra to be able to see some more of Rome. There is the most amazing pizza cafe around the corner and an incredible Gelato (ice cream) place under in the same building!

The restaurant below the hotel would party till all hours of the morning - which is obviously not the hotel’s fault but was a challenge nonetheless.

Very great place to stay in the heart of Rome. The staff is simply amazing, and they go the extra mile to make your stay special. Special thanks to Karam who went above and beyond to make sure my stay in Rome was seamless. He was like a personal tour guide who answered my questions with ease and had great advice as to how to navigate the public transportation to the historical sites. He provided excellent customer service and was attentive to my needs. This place is well worth the stay!

I did not know there was a breakfast

on our last night at the hotel we had to get up at 5:30 am to prepare to leave for the airport. Someone or some business was having a party with loud music and lots of people hanging around in front of the hotel. We could hear the music so loud we could not sleep. When we call to the front desk we were told it was a private party and they can make noise and there is nothing they could do. I would make sure customers know that the week ends they can make as much noise as the wish.

The staff at Residence Garden were extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The surrounding EUR area was very interesting as I had never been there before, and the architecture and history associated with it is well worth experiencing.

I have no complaints.

With no Room service for 6 days, was not a good experience at all. They forgot to send the private transportation to the FCO Airport to pick us up , as we had request. Very old and in bad condition furniture and kitchen appliances...

Quiet location away from city centre, but close to Convention venue at Centro Congressi Roma La Nuvola, a distance of 650 to 700m away. Popular restaurant and gelatoria just next door with lots of guests. Hotel staff most friendly and helpful.

The hotel is quite old with the door handles and the room chairs being a little creaky. Wifi poor at times.

wifi is not very stable, the throughput is good, but it will disconnect for connecting some hours.
