Nice old hotel surrounded by pine trees, interesting architecture. Good and varied breakfast, quite large rooms, clean, polite staff. Although it is quite convenient if you are flying in and out of Ciampino airport - it is a 10-minute walk from the final stop of bus 720 to the hotel. There are shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is quite far from the city center and the main attractions - you will have to spend half an hour to an hour to get there. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the metro. The hotel itself is located on a hill, so you will have to go up and down a steep path every time.

The hotel is located close to the business center where the conference took place. As for the city center of Rome, it’s about an hour away. Getting to Ostia and the beach takes up to an hour and a half. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away (or even less), to bus station 5 min. Near bus station there are gelato, cafes, bar, restaurant, amazing pizza. A lot of big trees. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The accommodation is inexpensive compared to other options, though the hotel itself is no more than 3 stars. The key advantages: you have access to very good internet, the air conditioner works well, the bed is comfortable, and there’s a steamer available at the reception desk—which, by the way, works great. The hairdryer is weak, but present) One surprise: there is no door to the bathroom. That could be uncomfortable if you’re sharing the room on a business trip with a colleague=))) I was alone, though. The staff's attitude and service are outstanding—truly top-level. The team deserves 5 stars! Breakfast doesn’t include any vegetables at all, but there are fruits. The overall breakfast variety is limited but sufficient and in line with the hotel’s 3-star rating.

Rooms are being incrementally refurbished. It is the old house of a Catholic religious order (Fratelli Maristi) so is quirky in comparison to standard hotels. Crunchy Pizza nearby is great for lunch or dinner. And there is a cake shop nearby to Crunchy Pizza which has lovely torte e cornetti. Also good supermercato nearby. I liked everything!

I liked that the location was very close to Palazzo dello Sport the most, it is also a 15 minute walk away from Eur Fermi metro station. Great staff, amazing view and safe neighborhood. I would like to give a special thanks to the staff at breakfast, Suzanna was very kind and cheerful which helped the guests feel at ease especially as a solo traveler. Also great music taste!

The location is nice. Not too far from the metro line. It is in a quiet place with trees and plants.

We thought the breakfast was included, we had breakfast there anyway. The breakfast does not have alternative for people who are allergic to milk products or gluten. The eggs were not well cooked. The parking was additional, a change from two years ago. We had to pay an additional tax which was not disclosed at the time of purchase.

The bed was very comfortable! The location is close to the Palazzo dello sport if you have to attend a concert. Stefano attended us in a lovely way and prepared amazing coffee!

The area around does not look safe to walk alone in the night but in 2 was fine and there was other people coming back to the hotel after the concert.

I would appreciate having some vegetables at breakfast, but overall the breakfast was good, and everything else during the stay was also very satisfactory.

There was really nothing I didn’t like. Everything met my expectations and I had a pleasant stay.

The staff was great, very helpful. The hotel is located in a very good and safe area. Public transport is a 10-15 minute walk away. The room was very good, tidy, clean. The breakfast was perfect, a very wide offer and everything is very tasty.

The hotel is located on a hill, there was a lot of climbing :D but I do not see that as a minuss, it was a good work out :D

The hotel is located in a very nice location. Is has easy access to bus and metro. The hotel needs to be renovated as soon as possible because it seems that the last one took place at least 30 years ago. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is average. It needs to offer bigger variety of fruits and cheeses and for sure some vegetables. There is a huge variety of sweet staff to eat but not many hot dishes and salty staff.

The staff was very polite. The room were clean and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant and the staff is very polite and the quality of the food is high (home made) and not expensive!

I would suggest the hotel to sign a framework agreement with the gym close to the hotel in order to provide an additional service. However, everything was perfect and the quality of the service well above the average of 3 stars hotel.
