We spent 14 days at the Tre Fontane apartments and we would do the same anytime we are in Rome. The apartment was very clean and tidy. As a family we liked that it had a nice kitchen equipped with everything we would need, it also had a washing machine that proved crucial for us (especially for a family with kids). The apartment is 10 minutes walking distance from Laurentina metro station and that would be just a few minutes if you take the 764 bus. A 24h Carefour store was 10 minutes away by the same bus. We also ordered food and dined (Pizzas , pastas and seafood) from the restaurant in the same building O’ Masto… convenient, delicious, fast and great service. Finally this review would not be complete if we do not mention Maddalena and her husband, they looked after us and offered all the help we asked for. Such a kind lady!! Thanks for the great stay… we WILL be back!

We are lucky to find this accommodation in Rome, close to a subway terminal and literally on a bus route. The area is safe and walkable, and full of different services and restaurants. Please note that this is not your overrated touristy place, but rather very nice, clean, safe and more importantly a place with excellent service. Our host, Maddalena was an amazing person who attended to all of our needs. And we do not want to forget the restaurant next to the place, O’ Masto, what a delicious food and great service.

The apartment was really lovely with everything one would need to cook or even wash clothes! I liked that the living room was separated from the bedroom with a door, and that the bedroom itself had a door. The place had a great balcony and was very clean.

The noise coming from the neighbors was a little bothersome at night....not enough installation between the apts. Also, the bed was a just too hard for someone with back issues....a mattress topper would take care of that problem. However, I did end up sleeping on the living room couch the last two nights and that worked out just fine.

Our apartment was perfect for staying in this district. Immediately you felt like it was your home for the duration,it was so clean and everything was there to have a really great stay. the balcony was lovely to sit out and soak up some sun. the kitchen was great and the supermarket just up the street and some of the pizza/bakeries were amazing so you could bring back fantastic produce and dine in as we did some of the nights. this little neighbourhood was a true surprise and I'm so glad we stayed in this area of Rome ( yes we landed there for work but it was great to see something other than the main tourist area) the apartment block had good security and access and a restaurant on the ground floor. also in this neighbourhood are some fantastic little gems of restaurants. it was an easy walk to the train station and the conference centre. we were lucky to get a unit with a washing machine which helped so much. Our hosts were just wonderful and helped us even when our technology wasn't working to contact each other easily they did not stress and just made it work. Thankyou again to such lovely people.

I encountered a small inconvenience when trying to extend my reservation. It seems I needed to cancel my initial reservation to avail of the discount for the second one. Unfortunately, this meant missing out on the taxi offer as well. It's a bit disappointing, but I understand these things happen.

The apartment is cozy, well lit, and very clean. It is modern and provides all necessary features. The host is very attentive and helpful. It is located in the southern outskirts of Rome but it’s only a short walk from the metro station. Bus stops are even closer. It was very convenient for me, as I had ti attend a conference in the nearby La Nuvola centre. Its location is also quiet, meaning that you can’t hear any of the otherwise typical city noises. Highly recommended.

The apartment was fantastic, great location - easy walk to the Metro. It was really clean and had great facilities. WIFI was great. The Host was really helpful and kind. Car park space was great, easy to use and felt really safe. The small Italian restaurant right underneath the building was fantastic - great value and lovely Italian food too

The apartement is bigger than what I expected . There are two tvs . One in bed room and the other in the living room . Complementary big water bottle in the fridge . Extra set of towels and a lot of toilet papers . Toilet supplements shampoo , soap , body cream . There are two wonderful babies and well equipped kitchen with every thing I need

The apartment was very spacious and quiet, surrounded by trees, with a long balcony. We have got a very well equipped kitchen, and downstairs just in the neighboring building there was a wonderful restaurant serving a delicious sea food etc. The house is located near the EUR district of Rome. You need to see it with its incredible architecture, and history. By the way, the downtown of Rome is reachable in 20 min. by subway (metro) from Laurentina station nearby.

This property was 5 stars. We have everything we wanted in this apartment. Great choice if you are interested in this area. Very convenient location for shopping and transit or if you have a vehicle. Air Conditioner works well and hot water is great.
