The room is in the catholic faculty dormitories transformed into a hotel. The place is very serene, easily accessible by Line B of the metro. It offers the perfect balance between being close to the city and paying a reasonable price for a comfortable hotel room in Rome. There is no fridge or kettle in the room, but everything else is available. A comfy bed, soap and vending machines for the bare necessities.

There was no kettle in the room. The breakfast did not offer eggs as an option, there were mostly pastries and other forms of carbs. If you have special dietary requirements, bring your own breakfast.

Much nicer than I expected albeit spartan and simple, larger and interesting facility, nice EUR area, very kind staff, good air conditioning, and comfortable bed

The room was simple, which was fine, but the box type shower was a little small. The EUR location works very well for urban Rome but public transport to the airport takes more work.

The location is very good and the price is accurate

The location had shared facilities with a religious school and the breakfast wasn’t good. The reception staff were nice but the staff for the breakfast was not, they were rude and short tempered.

Guesthouse was very clean and quite. People and staff were very kind and helpful. Place is very close to the metro station. You can find cheapest supermarkets by ten minutes walking. Breakfast were also nice. Thanks for everything.

Mosquitos :( Some nets would be great. Mini refrigerator would be a plus, but anyway the guests can use the fridge from the kitchen

Very close to the airport. This is why we chose this hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable stay. Difficult to get into the all touristy areas. You need your own car or Taxi. Public transportation is a little hectic.

The location is very convenient - close to the Laurentina metro station. It is a clean and friendly place with air conditioning. It has a beautiful garden.

Close to metro and the immigration office. The guest house is within a campus so canteen, photocopy, etc facilities are accessible. Green field outside the room. Convenient for business stay.

A sign at the entrance of the campus would be helpful.
