Staff were very helpful. Room cleaned every day. Location next door to Euroma 2 mall was great, and an easy bus ride into Rome from bus station just outside the hotel. Free breakfast was delicious, but recommended to get there before 9am.

Very loud music being played on the last two days we stayed there.

Included breakfast was nice. Balcony was enjoyable, and proximity to a large mall was really usefull. Bed was really comfortable, and service to the room very qualitative.

Really far from Downtown Roma and interest point, but buses and metro do the job. Swimming Pool was really small.

We enjoyed very much our stay in this hotel! From airport it is the best to take a taxi (15-25 min.) We travel by bus (5 min walk to other side of the mainroad) to the metro-station EUR FERMI and could go to all the nice sightseeing of Rome! Buy the special travelcard for metro/bus at the busstation (2 days for 12,50 euro) The breakfast was excellent and a lot of choices and perfect coffee. The room was very clean, beds are perfect and also a small fridge. Price/quality was really good, we will come back!

We missed some closehangers. The dinner in the restaurant in this hotel was not 4 stars... the staff did really their best, but need other chef in the kitchen and better quality food. Also we didn't know about the big shopping center next to this hotel... this communication could be a bit better. But this is really no problem, we will come back, thanks for hospitality!

It's a great location for people who are in Rome for conferences and courses at La nuvola. Good access to public transportation and not too far from the airport. A part of the staff was well informed about restaurants and facilities in the area which is definitely what you expect at a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast is good and the staff from the restaurant is friendly.

A part of the staff is very undertrained and some don't speak enough English to be at the front desk. I was a little sad the swimming pool was closed at 7 pm because I had a conference to attend most days so I hardly got to enjoy it even when it was sunny and warm in the evening. Maybe the rule should apply only for children if the reason is safety and having a life guard at the pool.

During breakfast service, two individuals were always ready to assist, just a small gesture, and everything you needed was promptly available. I would like to sincerely thank Ivhan and Anyhony for their exemplary behavior and the respect they showed to the guests. The barista was also exceptionally professional and skilled at their work.

Setting heating/air conditioning system in April is always hard (due to engineering configurations) Some people feel hot, while others feel cold and places with centralized air conditioning control systems always have this issue.

the hotel spreads on different buildings so I can only comment on the one I was staying, the common areas as well as the hallways were clean and in perfect condition,my room was spacious and modern the bathroom was clean and in order, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was ok despite been quite busy with large tourist groups, staff was nice and gave me a table on a more quite area of the room so not a problem in the end.

the swimming pool opens too late in the morning if you wish to go for a swim before work, but if you are there on holiday you have plenty of hours to use it. location wise, there is not much immediately around the hotel you will need to go by taxi or pubblic transport in more central areas if you are looking for restaurants and shops although there is a big shopping mall next to it, perhaps you can find options there.

The staff were superb, a good staff really makes a difference, especially as someone who really takes genuine and originality seriously. Everything was clean and breakfast was abundant, wouldn't say sweet but it will definitely keep your stomach full until lunch.

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything, but I can say some things can be improved, like breakfast. At this point I guess dinner would be the same (didn't have any just speculating), like the say your first impression matters a lot. As a food enthusiast I will say it most definitely needs a bit of soul in it.

Very clean, bed was very comfortable and the air con was a joy after spending the day in 35 degree heat. Staff were very helpful facilities good. Breakfast was excellent too.

I only have 2 little issues there was no other resurants near by othere than in the shopping centre, which was good food but not authentic Italian. The other issue is that the hotel resurant menue for dinner was very limited, there was alot of fish on menue and not much else, which is good if you like fish. Heads up also you will need a swimming hat in pool, they do sell them for 5 euros.

Room was a good size with coffee machine. Room was overlooking a carpark which was fine as we wasn't there for the view. Breakfast was plentiful with lots to choose from. Hot food, pastries, fruit, cereal, Yoghurts and more. There is a shopping mall just behind the hotel and a bus stop just outside the hotel. The bus stop was useful to get to the metro where we got a train to the Colosseum. We wasn't at the hotel much, but it was ideal for our stay due to location.
