AC in my room wasn’t working and they had to scramble to get me into another room for 1 night then send me to a third room which was fine.

My recent stay was truly delightful, and a significant part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The front desk team greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, swiftly handling my check-in while answering all my questions with patience and kindness. Throughout my stay, they were always eager to assist with recommendations, directions, and any requests I had. The housekeeping staff deserves a special mention for keeping the room spotless and well-stocked with everything I needed. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor did not go unnoticed. Even the restaurant staff made meals a joy, with their courteous service and attentiveness to dietary preferences. -The staff from reception to concierge to dining staff were personal, pleasant and very helpful -Ths location was convenient -The art work and interior was gorgeous -The room felt like new and the bathroom was very spacious and well designed. -There was a steamer to iron clothes which was convenient -The staircase for those who prefare to use it was covered with runner carpet and was spacious -Lught switched and a/c control were functional and well positioned -The coffee tasted excellent -The gym is open around the clock (I didn’t see it because of lack of time)

I liked everything

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful—excellent service, impeccable cleanliness, friendly and professional staff, high-quality food, and a great atmosphere.

During check-in, the receptionist was good at first, but when our room wasn’t ready, she only offered us the most expensive suites without mentioning other options, which felt a bit pushy. We refused, and I wasn’t happy about waiting 1.5 hours, especially since it wasn’t peak season in Rome. The next day, while I was asking another employee about trips, there was a small misunderstanding. As I tried to clarify, the same receptionist from check-in made inappropriate gestures and expressions, assuming I wouldn’t notice. That wasn’t acceptable at all from a five-star hotel employee. Aside from this, every other staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and dedicated, making our stay enjoyable.

It was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel’s central location is unbeatable—situated in the heart of Rome’s historic center, it’s just a short walk from iconic landmarks like the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Despite being so close to major attractions, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a flawless experience. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and expert recommendations made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s design is elegant and refined, with spacious rooms that combine modern comforts and timeless charm. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the curated décor, added to the sense of luxury.
