Rooms were spacious. Roy was an amazing helpful staff member with no Italian attitude towards tourist. It had lifts which was helpful with luggage. Up the street you had a laundromat.

We switched rooms often to be placed with our group. The shower door was broken and toilet seat was loose. Lady cleaning up or setting up breakfast was very abrupt if you were still sitting there a minute after 10 ( or whatever time it was meant to stop being served ). You not welcome to linger in that room. Not too close to the centre as expected but there was bus stop 2 blocks up

Hotel is close to the Manzoni Metro and bus route. Across the way is a supermarket and a laundromat. The hotel looks onto an industrial motor company. Roy was exceptionally helpfully and a tremendous asset to hotel. Beds comfortable, room spacious, breakfast European but fresh (yummy custard doughnuts and croissants) down the street is the oldest Gelataria (ice cream) store in Italy which was a daily visit from us. Broken shower door and first room had a swimming pool (mini) shower without a step or rail to get into it which was dangerous

The room was quite small, but nothing too bad. It was actually kind of nice. Breakfast was okay, no scrambled eggs or sausages, but good choice of ham, cheese, spreads, cereal etc... Very helpful and understanding staff, clean room and comfy bed, actually decent TV that has all working programs

Surrounding buildings were ''deteriorated'', didn't feel particulary safe walking around the hotel, could see a shady character here and there. The general area is a bit ''weird'', you could say I felt ''uneasy'' but generally just ok The bathroom shower was very small, could barely fit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in many ways. Especially Mr. Gianluca was amazing. He helped us by giving information about everything and by providing every extra thing we needed.

Me and my wife have a extremely allergic bodies. Thats why we are a little sensitive about cleaning. At the first time we enter the room, it was clean but it was not enough for us. But we asked Mr. Gianluca if the staff may clean a little deeper, thanks to them the other days were very good for us.

A group of 10 of us stayed. Lovely hotel, ideally located for our trip. Staff very pleasant and arranged our taxi back to airport. Will definitely use again.

Showers a bit of a tight squeeze to get in and out of if you are a bit larger built. Breakfast was pleasant but could do with a little variety.

Though the breakfast buffet didn't offer a lot (for example we really missed fresh vegetables), the rooms were great, spacious with beautiful decor. Everything was clean and smelled really nice. There is some noise from the street but it gets more quiet in the evening/at night, we didn't have any issues. The staff was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.

Metro only runs until 9 sometime less and all bars are further away so unless you dont mind walking back, the location is ok. Also the breakfast was lacking. Really no options.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. There was a lift so easy access. It was close to the main bus route into the colosseum, the metro was close by and the taxi rank was only down the road, perfect location for public transport. There was plenty of restaurants near by, all within walking distance, which served great food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room we had, 310, had a patio door onto the public smoking area which was great as it acted as balcony however the door was broken and didn’t shut properly so left us a bit uneasy about leaving our stuff in our room. The safe also didn’t work in our room and when we asked the reception they said they would fix it the following day but didn’t. Apart from that, overall a great stay!

If you get put on the 3rd floor you’re stuck in a room the size of your bed.

We liked the hotel as it was near the centre but not too far. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Clean towels daily.

The selection at breakfast could be more varied. Maybe a selection of more fresh fruit such as sliced melon etc.
