I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality truly made all the difference. The rooms are beautifully maintained — clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Everything felt fresh and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent every morning. The location is also fantastic — conveniently situated and close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet enough for a restful stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my time here. The combination of outstanding service, a well-kept property, and a great location made this an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Proximity to the center of Rome, just in the heart of Old Town. Everything was close to walk by and visit all the attractions of Rome. Wi-Fi was OK and TV with a lot of cable and international satellite channels. The terrace on the last floor just for us was a great place to enjoy the air of Rome. Bathroom was OK. Staff from the reception was very helpful and they do everything they can to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Room was a little bit small, beds small but comfortable. Breakfast was OK for a 3 star hotel, but don't expect too much of it. Breakfast room small and crowded.

Location was central and we can walk to the key sites in Rome. staff was very helpful and lively. room was clean and well appointed albeit a lot smaller than appeared in the photos.

Hotel was hard find as I didn’t realize the hotel was a couple of floors within an older building. No one downstairs to greet you after you rang door bell. We took the elevator to the 4th floor only to realize it’s a different part of the building. The sign in the lobby said take elevator and go left instead of go across the courtyard to your left to find hotel elevator. Only 1 person with 1 suitcase can fit in elevator at a time. We had a party of 5. No bell personnel to help us. We then had to carry heavy luggage another flight of stairs as elevator didn’t go up to that floor. A nice hotel but not for anyone with back issues.

This hotel had an incredible location! It was a short walk to the Pantheon and a reasonable walk (30 minutes) to the Colosseum--though in the heat, we took a bus. The bus stop was very close to the hotel! There was also a post office nearby. The hotel was a bit The staff were incredible! We were a bit confused about the hotel location--I went up to where I thought the hotel was while my wife waited downstairs. When I arrived, the staff went down to find my wife! Later, when we went to the room, they carried our bags without any prompting. Our rooms opened to the rooftop garden and the hotel staff helped bring food out so we could enjoy it there. They really went above and beyond!

The hotel was a bit hard to find. There are multiple hotels that can be reached from the entrance and some more prominent signs would be helpful! We could hear a bit from the rooms nearby, but nothing excessive.

Breakfast was ok not much left if you wanted a later breakfast. Location is excellent

Rooms are a little small but has everything you need. We forgot our travel adapter abs the hotel loaned us one. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Loved the central location..the staff were very friendly and happy to give advice,accomodate requests. Air con a bonus as it was so hot Single room small but not uncomfortable for the three days we stayed There was a lift ao that was also a bonus

The breakfast had a good variety and was very good. The location was perfect. We were able to walk every where - Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Vatican. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and so helpful.

The room was a bit small but comfortable. The elevator is very small but we were used to walking up steps after being in Italy for a week. The entrance is a bit scary but just remember it is a very old building.

Too many steps with luggage to carry

This is the third time I have stayed here, the first time 25 years ago. The rooms have bee nicely upgraded and are comfortable with A/C and windows that open, and quiet when shut. The breakfast room is small but good with fresh items daily. The balcony on the roof was a great place to hang out, and there are rooms that open onto it. The hotel is still operated by the same family as 25 years ago, and friendly. The location is prime where you can walk anywhere or if necessary go to a Taxi spot steps from the front door. There is an elevator to reception (monitored by camera) with several steps to the desk, but the staff helped with our bags. The rooms on their second floor (balcony floor) are accessible only by stairs. The front door into the building is secure and closely monitored. We have recommended this place to family and they thought it great.

The extra chair in the room could have been more comfortable.
