The owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The B&B is 1 km from the centre of Bomerano, up a steepish hill. But they suggested coming to pick us up after a supper in Bomerano, plus volunteering to take us to the bus in the next village the following day. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip. Great coffee, croissants, bread, yoghurts, fresh fruit and eggs done to order. Plus they went into the village to get us a take away pizza the evening we did the Path of the Gods walk when we did not have the energy to go out!

I recently spent two nights at a beautiful villa, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning views that surrounded the property—perfect for anyone looking to relax and soak in the natural beauty of the Amalfi Coast. The villa was impeccably clean, with every detail attended to. My room was spacious, comfortable, and modern, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with advice or assistance. Their hospitality made me feel right at home and added a personal touch to the stay. The location is ideal: peaceful and quiet, and the starting point of the famous "Path of the Gods" hiking trail. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh options that fueled my mornings. The overall atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a restful getaway. Parking was convenient. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place with breathtaking views in Bomerano, I highly recommend this villa. Whether you want to hike, explore the coast, or simply relax, this is the perfect base. I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our host Arenna was amazing, she provided great breakfasts and information to help us with our sight seeing & hikes. Her Mum did a great job cleaning our room everyday, which was great 😁 We loved waking up to the sound of birds and tranquility there. Also the breakfasts were super delicious(beautiful pastries, eggs, meats & breads)! The location was perfect, close to many hikes we enjoyed and an easy walk to town for eating out. We recommend this B & B as it has a lot to offer.

We could hear the people in the next room when in bed and as the balcony wasn't walled off from the adjoining room, we would get cigarette smoke coming into ours and no privacy.

What a lovely place set in the hills above the Amalfi coast. Its location is great for the Amalfi coast as its in the middle away from the craziness of the coastal road. The owners were lovely & really helpful giving travel advice. The room was very comfortable, nice size with a big bathroom, good shower, bidet, & the bedroom had a large terrace with great view. Parking is ample but you need good clutch control on your car as the drive is steep as its setin the hills. Would recommend. The breakfast is continental though you have order eggs freshly cooked to your liking. Great coffee.

I love Villa Italia and had a wonderful time here. The staff picked us up from the bus stop, which was super helpful, because the location is nestled into the hills above the town about a 20 minute walk from Bomerano square. It makes for a pleasant afternoon hike, though it is a difficult trek with luggage. Breakfast was delicious and had a range of pastries, fruit, dairy options, as well as perfectly made espresso. This is an excellent location for starting the path of the gods hike, and there are many other trails that begin close to the villa that will deliver you to gorgeous views. I loved the staff here; they were incredibly informative and helpful, and even rescued us when a twisted ankle left us stranded on the hillside. This is a perfect place to get out of the crowds of Amalfi for a bit -- the incredible view of the sea and the town from your balcony will set your heart at ease.

This is not an easy location to get to. If you are not familiar with the Amalfi coast, you might look at the birds eye distance to Praiano or Amalfi and think that this spot is not too far away from the beaches. However, it's at least an hour bus ride to Amalfi (or a pricy taxi!) and SITA is a fickle mode of transport. It took us two and a half hours and some shenanigans (think: hitch hiking in a camper van along Amalfi drive) to get to Agerola from Praiano, and while it's a gorgeous escape from the touristy hubbub of the coastal cities, I wouldn't recommend this spot as a home base for coastal exploration.

Lovely staff at breakfast time. Staff helped us in the morning with parking for Positano. Rooms are nice and clean, everything available in the bedroom and bathroom. We were given a cup of coffee on arrival. I’m sure the sea view was lovely from the balcony but it was too wet and windy to go outside! Enjoyed a lovely pizza nearby.

Quite quiet on a Monday, everywhere was closed except one pizza place, which was lovely. Very steep driveway.

It is very unique experience to drive and stay on the hill top, with nice sea view at a good price. The host family is very friendly and helpful, providing lots of tourist info, particularly related to the path of the gods which is just down at the hill. The breakfast is fantastic, having hams, bread, drinks, fried egg and fruits.

The room is simple, located on the top floor without lift. Bath room could be a bit cold late in the evening

The rooms were spotlessly clean, with all the facilities for spending a night there. The host was very considerate and having the heater on even in early November, so cosy. Quiet place overlooking the town. If weather fine, the view would be stunning. Though we still enjoyed the view notwithstanding rainy and windy on the day of our stay. Host helped to order dinner for us to save our trip get things.

The location was not that easy to get to even with Waze, needed to drive through hilly, narrow and winding road, a characteristic of Amalfi coastal driving. It was a test and challenge for us🤔😂. We did manage with driving slow, probably a nuisance to the local and other drivers. That's the reason why we didn't want to explore the town in the evening after we reached our destination, to avoid driving in a unfamiliar location.

It’s a newly built house run by a very friendly family. The nice suite is well equipped with all necessary appliance and heater. The garden is very beautiful, with kids slide and swing! My 1 year old daughter really enjoyed the stay.

The breakfast portion is slightly small. We are the last group among all guests and some of the food is run out. But we still have other types to choose from

We travel at least 10 weeks a year, all over the world, and rarely stay more than one night, the same place. :) We must say, this place ranks on the top ten. The landlady was so sweet and kind and made us feel very welcome from the first moment. We came wet and exhausted, and the second thing she asked was, if we would like a cup of coffee. :) Everything was nice and clean. We would highly recommend this place to everyone. :)

It was a bit up the hill, but if you are in for hiking, it doesn't matter, and the rooms and landlady compensate for that. :)
