The innkeeper is a charming and thoughtful person. We felt welcomed and were treated with care. After asking about activities exploring the Agerola area we were informed with precise details. The b&b was located in the mountainous area of Agerola. It is a 30min drive by Car/Bus or Scooter to Amalfi. Very suitable situation to go to all nice spots of the area. It is to mention that the b&b is 2 mins away from the famous Path of the Gods, a must do! The rooms were tidy and clean. Everything worked and was up to date. Breakfast is continental and extra wishes were respected with before-hand notice.

Perfect location if you’re looking to do the Path of the Gods trek. We did a sunrise hike which worked out well. Also very close to the town square where the coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants are. Breakfast was lovely with warm croissants, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt and fresh fruit. Good coffee! We ate in the courtyard which was nice. There is parking on site.

Although well outfitted and felt newly renovated (ish), not everything was working exactly the way it should - the shower doors didn’t close properly, the toilet flushing button thingy was about to fall off, the toilet seat was loose, the hair dryer wasn’t working/connected well and was so weak I ended up not drying my hair. It was difficult to find in Google maps - especially if you’re driving (the roads don’t work for cars) - we ended up finding a round about way.

Great proximity to the Path of the Gods, which was our main reason to come to Bomerano. The owners are friendly and kind. The breakfast and handmade coffee drinks were lovely. The B&B is in a quiet neighborhood, and our room had a comfy bed and nice sized, beautifully tiled bathroom with a great shower. Some nice restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The bus to/from Amalfi is often so crowded it passes by the stop in the town square because it’s full. This obviously is unrelated to this great property - just give yourself plenty of time to get in/out of town or consider a taxi or scooter for travel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this B&B. Madda is an fantastic host, always smiling and friendly. The continental breakfast is perfect before a big day of hiking. The location is ideal to get into the small town where there are some fantastic cafes, resturaunts and shops. The bedrooms are very clean, comfortable and have a TV with a range of Italian channels. Our stay in Bomerano has been our favourite of all the Amalfi Coast (we are doing a hiking trip), and this B&B is part of the reason why.

We were staying one night at the accommodation in order to hike the path of the gods the next day, which is very close by. The room was very comfortable and after a full day out, the air conditioning was much appreciated! The breakfast was delicious and a nice way to start the hike. I must also add that the host Maddalena was exceptionally helpful, organising a taxi for our luggage to meet us in Positano at the end of the path of the gods, as my friend had injured his shoulder earlier in the trip. Great stay!

We hike along the Amalfi coast on foot. On this day our route was Ravello - Atrani - Amalfi - Agerola San Lazzaro - Agerola Bomerano. There we stayed at Maddalena’s place. She is a very friendly and welcoming host. We loved her place. You can see that she put a lot of effort in decorating the rooms and they are also very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing which a lot of options to choose from - sweet and savory. This place is a great choice if you are planning to do the path of gods like we did.

Everything was absolutely lovely: the host was very nice, helped with all the information we required and also recommended us an agency for a boat trip on the Amalfi coast (the agency provided a shuttle, so it was perfect); the room was very cute and spotlessly clean, we had essential package for shower, we had also a small terrace outside; the breakfast in the yard was also very diverse, fresh and delicious. The B&B is located in a village, up in the mountains, in a peaceful and quite area, 5 minutes walk to the center of the village, where you have shops, restaurants, cafés. You can travel by car or you can take the bus to visit Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano (we took an agency trip - shuttle to the boat and back + boat trip with visiting time for Amalfi & Positano, but there are also other options). The location very close to the square where the sentiero degli Dei starts. Room was very clean. Maddalena was super nice and friendly. Parking available. Excellent value for money.

Room was at ground floor, the view out the window was on the garage. But we only needed a short stay before the hike so we didn't mind. Room was very comfortable otherwise.

Recently renovated and good Wi-Fi. High quality breakfast. The restaurant menu and professional kitchen look promising.

All rooms are on the ground floor without a view. Our entire window was blocked by a parking car. The owner did not meet us but sent a non-English speaker instead, who took away our passports for a couple of hours, then left them lying on the counter unattended. We were offered dinner on site at first, but then surprised to discover the restaurant is closed today. Minor maintenance issues: the shower cubicle glass doors were not working properly, toilet seat issue, dusty floor corners.

Bedroom was beautiful and comfortable bed. Facilities all perfect. Breakfast options for indoors or outdoors and very good selection of foods. Located in the heart of the village and right beside the Path of the Gods.

The drive into the areas from the Amalfi coast side was steep, windy and challenging.
