We liked everything about this place. Clear instructions on how to access the room via WhatsApp. Room size, and most importantly, cleanliness were excellent. Bravo to the cleaning lady—great job. The owner's attention to detail was fantastic. Delicious breakfasts, cakes, and coffee. Close to the city center, promenade, and a small beach (which was quite crowded, so we walked about half a kilometer to a charming city beach). Conveniently close to Agrigento and other attractions

Close to the promenade and entertainment center which can be an advantage or disadvantage depending on what are your plans for a stay.

The apartment is ideally situated right on the seashore, offering convenient access to the beach. A free parking area is available just across the road. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for our one-night stay, including a complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of options, and we enjoyed the opportunity to have it on the balcony. Although there are several restaurants nearby, many were closed, likely due to the season.

While I had a pleasant stay overall, I feel the entrance to the building could benefit from a bit more attention. The B&B sign looks a bit outdated and lacks a welcoming feel, and the short walk to the entrance door could be made more inviting. Additionally, while the room offers a lovely view of the sea, the roof of the restaurant below, which appears a little worn and not as clean, is also visible. I believe these are minor issues that could be easily addressed.

Very nice accomodation, cozy, clean, very close to beach(150m) and all kind of restaurants. Parking was not an issue as there is big parking area right in front. Breakfast were served on terrace which is really nice and there is another terrace on roof where you can enjoyn view during day or you can sunbath because they have sunbeds there or drink vine during evenings.

There is a night beach club accross the road so it is kinda noisy during weekends (but they play good music) and windows are not very sound prove. We always have ear plugs so with them it was fine.

Breakfast could have been a little more varied with several products but still a good way to start the day

The booking was easy and the communication with the owner in English was smooth. Our room was big, clean and the air conditioning unit was working very well which is super important when it's 35 degree Celsius outside. Our room was facing the sea which we enjoyed but we could also see the local fun fair which we didn't enjoy much due to to lights and noise in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, many choices including eggs, cheese, cold meats, fruits and many pastries. This was served on the back terrace and the setting is just simply lovely with a super friendly breakfast lady.

The hotel itself it's lovely with helpful and friendly staff but the actual town of San Leone was not as charming as we expected. The city is tiny, and only has a tiny little beach with limited nice restaurant options. There are many restaurants but they don't represent the great Sicilian quality food. We wanted to recharge and relax on the beach after a couple of days in Agrigento but this was not the place.

Clean. Comfortable. Lovely views from the window. Quiet at night (maybe because it was very low season still). We were staying only overnight, so cannot say much about the area. Very close to the Valley of Temples. Pretty much this is why we selected this place to stay for.

Nothing really.

The location was perfect with parking right out the front not sure if that would be the case in peak season. Not sure if stay on the weekend would be that pleasant as there is a theme park opposite. The breakfast was very good and the rooms very clean also there was a kettle which was great. The restaurants were great with a lot of choice. The property wasn’t far from the valley of the temples which was convenient.

Nothing it was a very pleasant stay. The upstairs terrace could be made so much better with some new chairs and a patio ect to enjoy a drink from.

Room was comfortable and had the necessary. The breakfast layout was good. The location. Ext to the beach was a plus.

The mattress had a bent on both sides. Maybe time for a change. An interesting smell to the place. There is a bar and we had an amusement park across the street, but not much noise came through with the shut windows.

Very close to the beach and restaurants. Parking easy along street, although tricky when more locals arrive to enjoy a weekend meal during the peak holiday time. For us it was the perfect base to visit the temples because Agricento isn't an attractive town at all. Breakfast at the b+b was great and staff very friendly. We used the roof terrace one evening for a picnic dinner... beautiful views and easy to kick back and relax.

Saturday night was noisy outside but this is Italy during the holiday season!

Great location, 5 mins drive to the temples. Right on the sea and lots of restaurants very close. From the outside it doesn’t look much but inside they have made it lovely. Host helpful on changing breakfast time (8:30 was too late for an early start to temples). Free street parking right outside
