This property is stunning, when you enter it feels like it has been a quaint, grand home with a gorgeous staircase and chandler. It has a mix of modern and traditional touch. Rooms are vey clean, spacious and comfortable. Balcony is bigger than you think will plenty room to sit and chill. Breakfast had lots of choice and supply of drinks and food was plentiful. The owners were very generous, kind and thoughtful. Would highly recommend, loved our stay here and would have stayed longer but we were on a schedule

Great position, walking distance to the main part of San Leone and close to the most famous gelateria in Agrigento. Also 10 minutes drive to Valle dei Templi. The room was clean and quiet with a little balcony facing the sunset. The owner brought fresh croissants every day and gave us lots of advices for our stay.

The bed’s sheet was not 100% clean.

We used the location to explore Agrigento (8min car drive) & Scala dei Turchi (25min car drive). Location was perfect for that. Located in a town with lot of restaurants, gelato, bars,… Busy street (more in the evening), but no noise at all in the room. Breakfast was nice (some croissant, bread, ham&cheese, toast, cafe,…) shared fridge with small bottles of water which you can take (or put your own bottles in). Friendly host, flexible with check in, since we arrived earlier. End august/beginning september, easy to find parking on the street

Room not 100% soundproof. For example, when someone opened the front door, you hear it a bit in the room. But overall nothing too bad :)

A lot of free parking space, close to the beach, nice location, beautiful house with a perfect balcony, staff super helpful, although they do not offer breakfast to buy, you can use their fridge on the first floor and they let you have fresh buns, croissants, coffee etc. Really enjoyed our stay here 😊

Very quaint property with a beautiful room, terrace and outside space. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast area was also well equipped and a lovely space.

The shower was slightly broken but didn’t detract from the wonderful stay.

Luxurious interior of a villa with a spiral staircase. Spacious, stylish and clean room with a balcony. Even if the stay is without breakfast, there is still a coffee machine, toast, jam, mineral water and the owner will bring you a fresh croissant in the morning...

a beautiful house near the sea. the common area is very cute and comfy. having breakfast every morning was a delight. the beds were comfy and the balcony was a nice addition. the first room we got was a bit small and had a faulty sink. because it wasn’t fully booked we were given the choice to move rooms. getting. bigger and better one in the proces.

Fantastic and friendly and helpful owner, wonderful place and atmosphere of the Italian villa, super Italian breakfast. Very good location, close to store, bakery, beach. I recommend definitely.
