The breakfast is really amazing as the host (Marco) is. The accomodation is a nice hidden gem with a gorgeous garden and milieu, max 200 m from the sandy beach (without crowd). Well prepared with some 'tiny' extras like parasol, parking spot AND the great program suggestions from Marco like Valley of temples, or nice beaches, great close restaurants, or for example the Villa Romana del Casale...etc. Perfetto :) WE suggest Villa Cetta for everyone, who wants to stay at a cozy, not over-touristed place with a real italian vibe.

Apparently we are satisfied with the equipment, we missed a little bit only the microwave oven (if you are not prepared for that fact: Italians have siesta time on afternoons, so you cannot get meal anytime :) )

Marco was the warmest, most hospitable host we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. He was waiting in the street when we arrived to help us park, then made us dinner reservations at a delicious restaurant, got us into a group tour for Valley of the Temples, and even went as far as helping us find a mechanic to fix a broken side mirror on our rental car before we left. The property has tranquil, breezy gardens and a beautiful view. It took us just a few minutes to cross the road where we were able to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. Marco anticipates his guests' every need--from well-rounded breakfasts at convenient times to umbrellas you can borrow for the beach to luxurious towels, sheets, and toilet paper. Every aspect of our two-day stay was positively influenced by Marco's thoughtfulness. We recommend this host and this property very highly.

This apartment was in a quiet street and 1 minute to the beach. Marco met us and was very kind and amenable throughout our stay. He recommended places to visit which was very helpful. Marco has been running this place for 15 years and has made it very comfortable. The terrace covered area was lovely to sit in at night. He provides a basic breakfast of fruit and croissants and coffee. There’s a small kitchen area with a fridge. His garden is immaculate and he has some great specimen plants. Marco recommended us to visit Valle dei Templi for sunset which was such a great idea, it was less crowded, cooler and we were there for the big light up. He also recommended Oceanomare which is a cool bar particularly at sunset. Albatross pizzeria, whilst quiet was a great place to eat.

Although the photos show a hot tub we didn’t see one.

We were so comfortable at Marco’s place, in every sense of the word! Marco was very welcoming and accommodating, and keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. He offered a very generous, delicious breakfast served personally on our terrace with a smile and helpful tips for the day! The room and enclosed terrace were meticulous and offer every comfort. We also had our own fridge, microwave and kettle at our disposal. The Sandy beach is a two minute walk and the garden has lots of chairs and hammocks to seek or avoid the sun as you will. San Leone itself is a lovely beach location with plenty of restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. Parking is right outside and it’s a short drive to the amazing Valley of the Temples. Loved our stay and highly recommend 😍

Nothing- wish we could have stayed longer than our 3 nights!

This perfect little B&B exceeded our expectations for beauty, charm, comfort and Marco’s unsurpassed hospitality. In our 10 days of travel so far in Rome and Sicily, this has been our favorite stay. Very peaceful and restful and close to the beach and delicious, affordable restaurants. Marco served us a breakfast of fruits, yogurts, croissants , breads and cappuccino on our private veranda overlooking a lush garden. We heard crickets and the Mediterranean from our very comfortable bed. Heaven! Marco made us reservations for nearby restaurants and was always available for our questions, and especially helpful about exploring the Valley of the Temples. Book this exceptional place, you will not regret it.

We loved everything!

We had a fantastic stay! The host, who lives on the property, is incredibly kind and helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect – from keeping the place spotless to sharing amazing local tips. One of the highlights was the made-to-order breakfast – you can choose exactly what you want and when you want it. So convenient and delicious! The location is excellent – right by the sea, with restaurants within walking distance. It’s also very close to the Valley of the Temples and other major sights. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The garden is especially impressive, with plenty of cozy spots to relax and unwind. Parking is easy and safe, right outside on a quiet street. Overall, the value for money is just incredible. We loved every moment and would absolutely stay here again. 10 out of 10!

Marco was incredible from the moment we arrived until we left. He greeted us warmly, showed us around his home and beautiful gardens, enquired about any needs we might have, and then offered recommendations and made the reservations for an excellent pizza restaurant. The breakfasts were plentiful (Italian coffees, tea, fresh fruit, rolls & croissants, homemade jams, yogurt) and Marco was very attentive throughout our stay. The location is excellent-a hop skip and jump from the beach, yet tucked away on a quiet side street. The room was very comfortable and we slept well. We have stayed in dozens of B and B’s and hotels in recent years and I don’t think we have ever been happier with our place-even in fancy hotels. Everything is convenient, Marco acts as a very knowledgeable concierge, and we always felt comfortable and safe. San Leone is an excellent place as well, close to the remarkable Valley of the Temples, (which are remarkable), but on the coast, allowing for a relaxing beach experience.

The location is perfect. Just a stone away from the beach, bars, restaurants and downtonw of San Leone. The outdoor area is spacious and clean. If you have a car, you can park it just right outside the b&b for free. The room is clean and spacious with good storage for your things. The bed is very comfy and not too soft which I think is really good. The whole place is kept clean all the time by the host and not too much mosquitos which is really nice. The host, Marco is exceptional. He's very nice, attentive to his guest's needs and sociable.

Very nice place to stay, Marco is super nice person! Very warm welcoming, beatifull room and garden so you can enjoy your stay and awesome breakfast in the morning :) Marco can answer some questions regarding places to visit or where to eat some good food so dont hesitate and just ask what you need. No problem with free parking spot on the street.

What a gem! Excellent location for visiting Agrigento & the Roman mosaics, only approx 10 mins away. The property is set in lovely gardens and very quiet. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the garden as we were only there one night. The addition of a lovely conservatory made our stay very comfortable. Our host Marco was charming, welcoming & very attentive. He couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was great! A great find & close to the beach.
