Very close to the beach, a few minutes. It is a beautiful beach, free and clean and a few meters away there is a private beach with umbrellas and sunbeds with a very nice terrace. You can eat hamburgers, crispy, coffee, beer, sodas. The hosts were very, very kind and the room clean. Breakfast a bit sweet for our taste. Croissant, muffin, yogurt with fruit (and sugar😬😬), but it was a nice vacation. We recommend the accommodation. A la carte restaurant is not very close, about 3,5 km, car nedeed. Mediteranea it's called, the food we liked very much😀Alternative for restaurants would be Agrigento, 14 km away. We liked the Valley of the Temples at night, Saturday is the extended program until 24 hours. Only for the Valley, not the gardens and the archaeological museum. It was also nice at the Turkish staircase, but you have to make a reservation on the website the day before to get in.

I believe the booking.com description said it had a sea view---this is a bit of a stretch--technically I could see a sliver of it between a few other houses.

The location is great, almost on the beach, and you can visit the Valle dei Templi which is amazing. The host were nice, they shared umbrella for the beach. We had a free parking on the property.

Maybe it’s a little bit small for the family of four, but we felt ok. Breakfast is very basic. We missed the coffee machine in the apartment.

Difficult to access because of roadworks in street. Building work going on next to property so a bit noisy early in morning. However none of this could be controlled by host.

Wonderful people!!! Very good breakfast 🥞! Local food and great coffee. Very clean rooms! Location is just amazing a few steps from the sea. Air-conditioning worse perfect. There is big private parking right in front of the house. You can have your meal or just seat and relax in the yard. All looks very new. I highly recommend to stay in that place! Thank you very much for a great holiday!

Lovely room and so close to the beach! Breakfast was superior, there were great choices, yogurt and cereal and fresh fruit along with great coffee and delicious pastries.

I like the VIBE the ovner was very relaxed and Nice explaining everything. Gave me good recommendation for restaurants, i had a Great time
