The owner was very friendly, helpful and flexible. We really booked last minute, 10 min. before showing up and were welcomed as we were expected a long time. Room with view to the sea (only separated by the road). Clean bathroom, good breakfast. Thank you very much.

Nothing to mention, everything was OK.

Gabrielle was a real plus. very kind and helpful despite little English. breakfast was delightful. across the street was a beach club but it was raining. parking inside a gate or public in a parking lot. ocean view. highly recommend

Gabriele was welcoming and helpful. The house is clean, well maintained and comfortable. Everything was as described, and parking was available on site. This B & B is good value for money. We stayed upstairs with a balcony.

The location is right by a beautiful beach and walking distances from all the amenities of San Leone. Our balcony had a sea view. Gabriele was a kind and considerate host, providing an excellent breakfast and making sure our room was spotless.

Its a beautiful location direct at the beach. Save parking, near to walk to the center. Very, very clean and every day new towels. We had a room with a balcony and sea view! Amazing! And Gabriele is a very friendly and warm host! Breakfast is also wonderful! Great!

The place was super clean and cozy. Breakfast at the utmost. Gabriele the host is so very much kind and gentle.

San Leone is not an awesome place to be honest but the deal is you stay at Nettuno as a hub for visiting the surrounding.
