The best thing about the property were the people! Masimo, who owns the place, was accommodating and kind. But Giusi, who takes care of all the cleaning and all the cooking, made our stay extra special; we felt like we were staying with friends by the end of our 4 night visit. Yoyo, the house dog, was a wonderful companion on the deck and on a walk to the beach. The views were beautiful, the beach was a short walk away, and the Valley of Temples was a seven minute drive; Agrigento was 10 minutes away, and the Turkish Steps and the beautiful beach bars that overlook it were 16 minutes driving.

Despite the description, it wasn’t a one bedroom suite—it was a very lovely clean room with a big balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, and a private bath. The living room portion was downstairs and communal (and very nice).

We managed to get to the hotel without a car. Train from Palermo to Agrigento. Waited for a bus to San Leone and then walked across the bridge and up the rough road/track to the hotel. The view from our room and onto a large balcony with outside seating truly wonderful. A view out over the surrounding landscape and sea. We had to use our torches at night to hike down to San Leone and back for the restaurants. There was no restaurant service at the hotel in the evening. It did not feel particularly safe as a very dilapidated and rough neighbourhood along the road. We spent a day visiting the valley of the temples, again using the bus service from San Leone. All OK so long as you are not in a hurry.

We loved the staff, pool, and views of the ocean. Compared to neighbouring towns we drove through, it’s much nicer to stay on the hill overlooking the ocean. The house is about 5-7 minute drive to valley of temples. I recommend renting a car to explore the area.

The property itself was lovely but the surrounding dirt road was not maintained (very bumpy) and also had lots of garbage. This is of no fault to the hosts but good to keep in mind for smaller vehicles. Once inside the gate, all was excellent!

The location was great, beautiful view of the sea with a nice large balcony .The host was great very helpful and friendly, they had a nice breakfast, the host made warm croissants, coffee and fruit. It was a charming guesthouse. The room itself was small but totally adequate, the air conditioner worked great and the balcony was really nice, large and beautiful view. It was very reasonably priced.

It was down a dirt road that was very rutted and hard to drive. Technically it was on the beach, but really the beach was down a long path and not very clean.

The terrace and outlook over the sea was superb. Staff were lovely and the breakfast area and outlook could not be March.. The dog was also very friendly. Nice walk along the beach into San Leone where there are plenty of places to eat.

We were disappointed when we arrived to find the room didn't match the description. We booked a suite with a separate bedroom and separate living room and 2 bathrooms as detailed on Booking.com.. There are no suites at this hotel. As we paid extra for a suite we were not very pleased. We are not sure whether this issue is a mistake by the hotel or booking.com or combination of both. Which ever it needs to be corrected quickly.

Amazing view and living room. The swimming pool was the perfect place where to chill and relax before the sunset. Very close to Agrigento and Scala dei turchi. The owners are kind people. Thank you!

Our room was a bit too small for 2 people. We had to put our bags under the bed. There's no wardrobe. The street to reach the property is not the best one for your car in terms of safety and -of course- rubbish is everywhere

The property is very tranquil and beautiful. You can hear the waves. You can see that there was a lot of thought placed into every detail, the property smells very good and is tastefully decorated. Maximo the host was great, the massage lady Jose was also amazing and breakfast prepared by Jose was good. I would definitely come back.

Hot and tired after a long drive but owner instantly suggested we went for a swim in the pool. Great pool, big enough to have a good swim. Just be careful of the steps in! They wobbled and I’m slightly disabled so he held them firm. He has a good menu but unfortunately a lot not available in the evening. Room more than adequate for two for an overnight stay (one of the smaller ones). Stunning views from the patio/public area balcony. We sat there for ages with a bottle of wine and crisps available. Breakfast was lovely, great service from a lovely lady and plenty of it, including eggs and toasted sandwiches. Also secure parking. Right by the ancient monuments. I’d definitely go back!

Road a bit rough for a touring motorbike! But we managed. Otherwise only the bits above. Nothing to put you off.

The view over the water, especially the sunsets are spectacular. The beach is easily accessible on a trail The beach is sandy and it is a lovely walk. The owners were wonderful.

Amazing place, really close to San Leone where you can find places to eat and go for a nice walk. The place has access to the beach and beautiful views of the sea. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. 5 minutes drive to the temples. I really recommend this place! Grazie mille 😀
