Clean, large room that was 2 floors with the bedroom on the upper floor. So for those who have mobility problems, consider that our room had an extra staircase you had to climb to reach the bed. Easy parking on the property for the hotel. Hotel staff was good. The restaurant was okay, not amazing. They said they could make a salad (not on the menu), they did try to help, but in the end they weren't super flexible and the salad was iceberg, carrots, and cucumber and tomato. Very simple.

We are traveling with large luggage and had no space to open it and walk comfortably around on the lower floor. And there was no way we were going to bring the suitcases up the stairs to the bedroom.

The hotel is very beautiful and atmospheric, situated in a peaceful location, making it ideal for relaxation and unwinding. Unfortunately, you need a car to get around as everything is a drive away, so a car is a must if you want to explore more. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked very well, and the room was cleaned daily, for which we are very grateful to the housekeeping staff. The breakfasts were tasty, though a few more cold snacks would have been nice. The pool was great, never crowded, and there was always space for sunbathing. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Special thanks to Irena, who assisted us whenever we needed anything, and to the friendly night receptionist, Placido. Many thanks and greetings to Maurizio, Federico, and Simone for the excellent service at breakfast and by the pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay, perhaps one day we’ll manage to return here :)

Great hotel with amazing customer service. The entire staff was super helpful, sweet and provided a great overall experience, especially Giuseppe who went above and beyond! Breakfast was delicious with the best pastries aswell. The pool is renovated, beautiful and offers great views of the city and the rooms were very clean and kept in great condition. The hotel also has 3 different parking spaces, so finding a spot was never an issue. The photos do not do it justice, its much prettier in person! Thanks to everyone for making our stay amazing!

Fantastic hotel! We wanted to stay in a less touristy area, and Alcamo turned out to be the perfect choice. Easy access to the citycenter by foot (be aware of traffic though, Sicilys first priority is not pavements) and a short drive to the ocean. It is also a perfect location for all the great spots in the northwest region. Lots of free parking spots! The hotel building is spectacular. The rooms are great (we are a family of four with two young adults/teenagers) and we had two threebedrooms. Really beautiful rooms! Breakfast was top notch. All the great italian pastry and also fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausages and cheese. There’s plenty of space outdoors to hang around, and the pool is gorgeous. The pool, the surroundings and all the furniture is brand new. The view from the pool is magic. Also, the poolbar is really really nice. And most importantly, the staff. All of the staff were beyond friendly and went out of their way to give us a pleasant vacation. Shoutout to Federico (friendliest guy ever!), Plácido and the guys in the breakfastroom, the staff in the reception and the cleaners. Again, thanks for a lovley week!

There is nothing to dislike!

As background, we booked this last minute as we had an early flight from Palermo and had spent the week in a private villa in the countryside outside Noto. The hotel was a fantastic choice and far exceeded our expectations - our dinner on the veranda was excellent, lovely helpful staff, we slept well and had a great breakfast. We didn't have time to take advantage of all of the facilities, but the pool looked good and the garden was well maintained and we arrived at the airport relaxed (it is a 25 min drive).

Characterful. Very clean. Large Veranda was very social but quiet with a lovely view and easy access to refreshments. Nice furniture in varying styles to sit on throughout the outside of hotel. Helpful staff.

Menus need to be varied more and it would help to include more panini style choices instead of full meals for lunch. Dinner/lunch menus definitely need more selection of variations - it stayed the same day after day. A better choice of salads.

The breakfast was fab. Freshly made and appetising. Lots of fruit and yogurt and muesli plus eggs and other savoury foods. Actually the breakfast was the best part of the stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and rather elegant. Our room was a bit on the small side with a tiny window.

The swimming area is nice but the music is too loud. Non stop music which after a while gets on your nerves.

We really enjoyed our few days in Alcamo at Villa Vittoria. The room was perfect, except for the foul smell - which we could clearly notice as soon as you enter the room. It was great to be in the same floor of the pool level - so it was easy to go to the pool with 2 kids under 2. the breakfast was lovely, full of typical sicillian pastries. The pool area is also lovely!

VIlla Vittoria is located in nice old house with pool and restaurant. Room was clean and stuff was super nice and helpful. They were the best

Bed was too soft for us. First night there was a family party, we were informed that it would end around 11 p.m., but it lasted until half past one in the morning and was extremely noisy that it was impossible to sleep

Villa Vittoria was beautiful, historic, quiet and clean and we enjoyed it there immensely. Our room was sizeable and comfortable. The hotel feels authentic and the grounds and all outdoor areas are exceptionally beautiful. The breakfast assortment was good and the food was tasty.

While the staff were all friendly and trying to please, they need more consistent training, especially the dining room in the evening. We hope and believe that given time and oversight, this property could be spectacular and we wish Villa Vittoria nothing but success.
