Our room had a beautiful terrace with the most amazing view. The dinner at the hotel was amazing and the staff was very friendly, and especially Silvio who was very kind and took care of us!

The breakfast was unfortunately not as good as the rest of the hotel experience. Dry bread, over boiled eggs with a grey yolk, bland coffee, not much fruit, dry pastry. Over all little to choose from… Also, although our dinner tasted amazing, the dining room felt sad and awkward. No music, hard lights and curtains covering the windows. However, we asked if we could move outside and they were willing to do so.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, spacious bathroom, nice over hotel.

There's parking at hotel and as well several meters further. The one at hotel was always blocked by things. The one further we got to know about only on second day.. sign of second parking close to hotel would be nice. Breakfast on second morning had only few, all sweet options 😕 Boiled eggs were definitely frome several days ago.. First morning breakfast was way better. The balcony was unusable as there was bad smell from below mixed with staff smoking right below the balcony

Over this year I have been 3 times in this hotel , and it never disappointed me! First off all by a right and fair pricing. Very friendly and welcoming stuff, tasty Italian food, spacious and clean rooms, amazing pool and spa facilities, Some people complain about location, i think its the best location, 5 minutes away from a motorway on to a hill, fresh and quiet location surrounded by pine and eucalyptus trees.

There could be a bit more of spaces for parking, but its not a big issue.

Breakfast time was always pleasant and had a nice atmosphere. Yhere was a very nice selection of cereals, pastries and cooked breakfast and excellent coffee. The staff were so polite and helpful always. One day we took a train into Palermo, and the hotel arranged for a nice chap to drive and collect us from the local train station and we really appreciated this. Thank you.

Everything was great throughout our stay BUT on our last night, there was a 30th Birthday party in the restaurant and around the pool. Some notice about this would have been perfect (we might have arranged to go out) and maybe offer the guests staying at the hotel a complimentary drink or bottle of something in the bar or in their room. The disco was like a night club in our room and there was absolutely no escaping it (9pm til 12:30pm). Totally understand you want to offer events like this, but give your hotel guests a little notice and offer something complimentary to ease their pain!

We had a ferry departing from Palermo at 130am so needed somewhere to spend the day and rest. We only wish that we could have actually spent the whole night at the hotel. Really nice staff, modern and very large room with a balcony which we weren't expecting. We had our dog with us and they even provided a special pillow for him! Would recommend having a car with you as it's a bit of a walk to town (although not unreasonable, but as we travelled during winter and raining we weren't keen on the walk). Unfortunately didn't get to use the spa services so cannot comment.

Staff was very nice, rooms plenty big and clean, nicely located in a quiet area. The breakfast was good as well with plenty of choice. We arrived earlier than the checkin time and the room was already ready, which was a big plus.

We had a light lunch on one of the days which was OK, but expected the food to be a bit better for the price.

Bad and random location. It’s so random and weird that Google initially lead us to the street right next to it and it looked so remote and run down that we thought it’s a scam. Just around the corner the front entrance popped up. It really feels totally out of place and I don’t don’t why on earth anyone would build a hotel there. However, once inside everything was nice. Staff was friendly. Overall it’s ok for 4-star but certainly not exceptional. Value for money is good.

Please make it clear that Spa is not included :-) Put a sign with prices at the spa entrance. In the room, the receptacles were not positioned well. Had to move furniture to get access. For 4-star, I missed simple things like slippers, bathrobe, pen, paper in the room. Restaurant feels very pricey for quality offered and compared to the rest.

Beautiful, clean, new hotel. Welcoming and pleasant stuff. Good breakfast and super delicious coffee😉 sweeming was open. Which was a huge benefit for the hotel, as most of the hotels doesn't open their swimming pools till the mid of may (we stayed at hotel at April). Super spacious rooms and nice terrace in the room

I booked a Massage and it was done in my room, massage master brought table with her. Would be more comfortable to go to specific spa room. Also on-site spa requires additional payment, not included in the stay😭 would be nice to have more comfortable furniture on the terrace (it was just a table and 2 chairs), make it more cosy

Clean, modern and good service. Spacious rooms with all the comfort you can wish for, great pool area and enough breakfast choices. Option to have dinner as well, this was rather pricey. You can take the train to Palermo from the local station (not walkable as this hotel is very secluded)

Soundproofing was not great, both the entry door as the terrace door as the wall don't block any sound. Second night I had Italian neighbours and had to use earplugs.

Staff especially Sophia, Veronica & Silvio were very friendly & welcoming an asset to the team. Room’s beautifully decorated, spacious and extremely clean & comfy bed. The sea view from our room was stunning. Beautiful olive and lemon trees down the streets..the hotel set on the hill and the sound of silence and birds twittering..and watching the sunrise each morning. Evening meal was very tasty although a la carte menu.

Location a bit remote.. stuck unless you have a hire car.. or extremely fit.. nearest Shop & restaurant/ beach is a long way down the very steep hill approx 25 min walk or 2.2km away. Breakfast was good but not consistent The outdoor pool not available to use although slightly out of season but not informed until arrival and the indoor pool/spa was an extra cost. If you want a quiet and very relaxing break then this is the place to be.
