The bedroom was an adequate size - the bathroom was HUGE!!! Nice balcony overlooking the sea. We slept with the door open so we could hear the waves lull us to sleep! Giuseppe was our host and an amazing host he was! Attentive and fun and helped us with restaurants and made us awesome cappuccino's every day. The accommodations were reasonably priced and did I say spotless CLEAN!!!!! I would highly recommend and I will be going back with my sisters on our next trip to Palermo area of Sicily.

The absolute ONLY suggestion I would have is for Giuseppe to NOT use fabric softener or clothing detergent (with a scent) on the sheets and towels.

GIUSEPPE! What a fantastic B&B in such a beautiful, quaint location. The Stanza Conchiglia had an incredible view of the sea on the large balcony and the room itself was superb. Very clean and well organized with everything you need and more. Being right on the beach, it's hard to beat the location, since you can go from having free breakfast to dipping your toes in the water in seconds. It's also only a 10-20 minute walk to many great restaurants in the area, and also has parking available if you prefer to drive. But the real star of this B&B is the service. Giuseppe and his mom are two of the kindest, friendliest, most hospitable people I've met. From arrival to departure, they made sure we were comfortable and having a great time. They went above and beyond to make our stay so incredible and memorable. This was one of my favorite vacations in a long time and it's 100% because of this place! Grazie mille! ❤️🙌⛱️

We were looking for complete relaxation within walking distance to a beach. We found our relaxation BnB with the beach at the back gate of the property! Perfect! What a spot! The bonus was meeting the owner hosts who were fabulous, fun and very attentive. In-house breakfast overlooking the beach was varied and tasty. Just a short walk to a number of restaurants for dinner. This place is a gem. We hope that you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Very friendly and helpful owners who were quick to respond to booking queries. Room was comfortable and clean with view of the sea from the balcony. Breakfast was good with enough different things to eat - and topped up when needed. Nice to be able to step directly onto the beach and have use of sunbeds and umbrellas.

Onsite parking was an extra 10 euros per day, but necessary if you have a car as parking on road not possible.

The friendliness of Pepe the host and his mother was first class. Everything was perfect for the moment Pepe picked us up at the airport until we returned. Breakfast was great with a good choice, room was perfect with brilliant views of the sea and small sandy beach, towels and bedsheets smelled so fresh. Only a few steps from the beach where Pepe supplied chairs for our use. We will definitely return *****

Absolutely exceeded all our expectations. This is a great hotel-like b&b sitting by the beach. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, AC in the rooms, easy access (considering how complex Sicily can be) and in a good point from other important places like Cefalu, Sant'Elia, Palermo, Mondello, etc. We would definitely come back. And the beach is really good actually! Very clean water, some days its a total pool.

The best stay in Sicily! Clean, nice-looking, air-conditioned room. The property has a straight access to the beach and you get the excellent breakfast eating with the sound of waves. Giuseppe is an excellent host who takes care of you all the time.

We liked that it was right on the beach with chairs and umbrellas provided. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, is on site and ensures that his guests are enjoying their stay. The entire place is immaculate!

The owner is always there . Always smiling and very helpful. Will get out of his way to make sure you are well taken care of.

We booked late , so we could not get a sea view room.

Everything was perfect, Giuseppe was there all the time and helped us with advice to have a pleasant stay. We will definitely come back and recommend it to others.
