Everything. Great hosts, fresh lemon from the tree in the yard. See view from the bad. The room, was more like a small house, and it was very private. Very clean, and we had a lot of space. The best thing was the big and comfortable bathroom, with large shower and a lot of hot water.

Only, and i mean only problem is bad wi-fi reception when we arrived. We did have it in the yard, and on terrace, but signal didnt reach our room(house).

This booking was made late in the day of our stay when our plans were unavoidably changed. The amiable hostess set the room up, at very short notice, even though she had the time pressure of her own plans that evening. The room is in a detached setting in the garden overlooking the harbour and castle of San Nicola L'Arena and the Mediterranean beyond. The view is amazing. The restaurants and beach are a short walk down the hill. Convenient parking in the road outside the property's front gate.

The weather could have been warmer

Nice apartment with a terrace and sea view. Friendly host, with a good stock of breakfast items and small kitchen area. Good bathroom, everything clean, comfortable bed. I would thoroughly recommend it.

The Owner was very pleasant but spoke only Italian. The room was well equipped with a small balcony and some external areas. Breakfast was provided for preparation by the guest and was sufficient to call breakfast outside of Italy. Probably a nice location for short stay travellers in the summer months.

The property is not suitable for the winter months as although it was equipped with an AC inverter the walls and floors were ice cold and difficult to warm up. There was no heating in the bathroom so was uncomfortable to be there. The water heater was small just 30 litres and on arrival was set at an eco temperature level which soon became cold after two short showers. Mot of the local restaurants in the small town were closed for the winter.

Quiet area. Pretty property, Great view. Good ac. Shower good . Breakfast fair. Host pleasant. Train close . Location good to freeways and smaller nearby towns.

Breakfast fair,, it’s self serve dry goods, notify ahead of cash city tax collection in ad, stairs difficult with luggage although hosts willing to help . would like to have clean towels without asking so I used one towel during my stay . Tight street to reverse and turn . Need a car for shopping , dining, sightseeing. Large dog barks during night. Maybe a sort of colored flag would help distinguish property as I missed place as flat smaller sign and in dark saw a light on small street but not sign.
