The hotel had everything we required for a relaxing stay. Private beach with more than enough space, good swimming pool and most of all great staff. The restaurant and bar was also very nice, think we tried most of the food on the menu, good quality.

Hotel located in empty area (no shops, no attractions) - while this can be a good thing it can also be a bad thing. Breakfasts options were quite limited and repeated everyday. There's a restaurant and bar on premises and sometimes they can get crowded when people from outside hotel are attending some ceremonites etc and it can be quite noisy. you can hear music, chatter, chairs moving on the floor

With this review, I am hopeful to help you choose your holiday in the best possible way as I am currently staying at the hotel and have been for the past week and a half with the things I am writing being the current state of affairs at the hotel. Who is this hotel for? Well, mainly for people looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday as the hotel is very small and is located at the edge of the long coastline. Also, it is relatively close to the city of Palermo as well as the village of Bagheria and Cefalu so if you rent a car, there are places to visit that are easily accessible (although some people did not recommend driving to Palermo!) The location is absolutely stunning and the beach is very relaxing. Beds are freely available with no prior booking required. The beach is mixed sand with pebbles so beach shoes are a must! If you prefer to not rent a car, a taxi will need to he booked as the station is quite far and there is not a walking route to it. The hotel itself presents visitors with good size modern rooms, comfortable beds and mesmerising views of the sea and the sunset (sea-view room options and pool/ bar/ breakfast room/ restaurant). Staff and cleanliness The staff are extremely helpful and are present (reception available 24/7). Rooms are cleaned regularly and well with the cleaning team doing a great job ( a special thanks to Francesca for her kindness and support!) The hotel staff are eager to help: speak to them should you require anything or have any questions. Towels, beach towels and toiletries are available. The hair dryer does the job too. Bedding is soft and clean. Breakfast Breakfast room is beautiful, spacious and clean, available for lunch and dinner reservations. Breakfast offers a mixture of continental and local food: variety of bakery, cereals, toast, fruit, rice and grilled vegetables, omelette with ham, sausages and bacon, selection of cheeses and meats. A selection of juices and cold drinking water is available.

Points for improvement: 1. Drinking water should be made available to access/purchase freely on the premises- the mini bar offers two small bottles only which is certainly not enough, especially if travelling as a family. 2. For those who do not wish to rent a car - a small shop/ kiosk/ machine with necessities such as toiletries, beach shoes, basic pharmacy, etc would be amazing. 3. The air conditioners could also be modernised as one of ours was quite loud.

The whole stay was awesome. The hotel is modern, clean and well organized. The staff is professional and courteous. Breakfast was unbelievable. Everything fresh and lots of choices. No drink service at the beach. No bid deal tho...

We stayed at the hotel for the second time now and we loved it! The rooms are great and spacious with the beautiful sea view... The staff is really helpful and kind and they make you feel very welcome! But one thing that we would like to emphasize is the cleanliness of the rooms as well as all the hotel facilities - the cleaning team - Francesca and Mariano - are doing an excelent job of making sure that the hotel is spotless and that every guest has a clean, fragrant room and fresh accessories! We surely hope to come back again! Thank you for another lovely stay!!!

Very nice staff, great breakfast and overall the hotel was very nice with good equipment. The WiFi was somewhat slow - note that we went in the middle of September, so it could be even worse in the peak of summer. The parking was closed and located on the property. Very close to Palermo!

The bathroom smelled really bad, even though the window was always open. The fact that the hotel disables the guests to bring their own food in and put it in the fridge seems like extreme nonsense and I’ve never experienced anything like this. We were scared to put souvenirs into the fridge. The hotel restaurant is another story, only 1/3 of foods on the menu is available and the service is slow.

Room cleaned daily clean towels and bedding every day. Breakfast good. Staff polite professional and friendly.Ground floor room direct access to beach lovely loungers hammocks etc. Gardens tidy and clean.

The swimming pool didn’t seem very clean and never saw it being tested or cleaned although pool robot was at side of pool. We never went in the pool because of this and went to the beach which was a shame. Heard another guest asking about pool cleanliness .

They have a great view for the rooms, directly to the private beach. They also have a great pool area, also with a sea view. The breakfast is very nice and divers. The stuff also very polite, they help us carry the luggage to the room. They also have a big parking lot. 30 mins distance to Cefalu, by car. 1 hr distance to Palermo by car.

Our room had an old smelly bathroom. No tiles. The water from the shower was spreading all over the bathroom floor (the others from our group had an ok bathroom although their room was cheaper than hours).

The hotel has a great location, clean rooms, good service and frendly personal. Nice and cozy restaurant on the top floor.

The breakfast is average, and the internet connection is very poor. It’s peaceful and enjoyable during the day, but it gets quite noisy in the evenings. Additionally, on the top floor, there is table and chair rearrangement every night, which can be quite disturbing. If it were possible to tolerate the noise, after dinner, the rearranging of tables and chairs begins, causing very unpleasant and loud sounds. This experience is highly unpleasant, and the hotel could consider scheduling these activities for the following day, so that guests are not disturbed by such noise.
