Great breakfast every morning with a lot of options. My wife has Celiac so has to be Gluten Free and they had a plate for her with different things every day, she was so happy! Cleaning service daily made everything feel neat in the rooms, staff was very pleasant and inviting. We stayed in the suite so my wife and I had a separate room from my two kids (9 and 11) so that worked out really well. There is a brand new park right outside which was an awesome perk to have the kids let out some energy while we got to look out and the beautiful mountains and sea. An absolutely beautiful scene right outside the hotel with a nice boardwalk to enjoy it.

Hotel was very comfortable and its central location was great for walking to beaches , if you walk further towards the Lighthouse the beach there is a lot nicer than ones closer by, there's sunbeds for hire etc (would recommend beach shoes because of sharp rocks and weaver fish) , the little Bistro went out of their way to cater for my partner who's a coeliac. Not far from Hotel is a supermarket and a couple places in the town ,Pharmacy for after sun cream ,the sun was scorching.

.Our only issue would be is that the AC in our room really wasn't powerful enough to cope with summer heat. But that is our only issue and maybe we're just hot people. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and nothing was too much trouble, rooms were spotless and equipped with a mini fridge.

The location is great about 30mins by car from Palermo the seafront has a harbour with fishing boats and some local restaurants. The hotel's restaurant is very up market and offered various tasting menus but unfortunately we were too full from lunch to justify going for one of these so chose an ala carte option

The seafront in front of the hotel was under development during our stay which was a bit of a shame but I expect there will be a really good vista from the hotel frontage once it's completed. I think perhaps the restaurant should have offered some more reasonably priced wines we had been used to paying between 15 and 20 euro for local wines when eating out but the wine list started from 30 to over 100 euro undeniably good quality but may put some potential customers off.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is very nice, with kind of a boutique experience. The rooms were good sized and clean, with nice touches, like the painting in the A/C unit or the phrases on the beds. Good WiFi. Breakfast was limited but good, with home made cakes and nice coffee and juices, and could be had in the front (public) or back (private) terraces of the hotel. The hotel also has a very enjoyable gourmet restaurant, with very good dishes (be sure to reserve your table beforehand). There are other restaurants also at walking distance. The hotel is close to Palermo, but at very quiet and calm location.

Nothing really relevant. The beds were a bit on the harder side, but it's a personal preference. Parking outside can be challenging on busy weekend evenings, due to the nearby restaurants.

The Hotel Borgia di Ciaula exceeded my expectations in every way. Its ideal location offered easy access to the beach, charming cafes and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and provided a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you are looking to experience a calm and relaxed area within Sicily. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful - they went the extra mile when advising places to visit/shop/eat and even booked transport for us which was extremely helpful. The room was cleaned to a high standard each day. I have and will continue to recommend this excellent hotel to friends and family.

Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the breakfast waiting staff were fantastic. The restaurant food was great. Room was clean, price was good.

The location was quieter than we expected. Great for a weekend trip for adults but for a child there wasn't so much to do, even though the small beach a little up the coast was pleasant.

Genealogical connections brought us here to see where the family originated. The hotel provided us great proximity to see our roots and had every amenity. Superior cleanliness, exceptional restaurant, and friendly staff all made this a memorable stay. Outdoor breakfast area was a plus to enjoy our time together. Highly recommend!

Available parking on the street. Super nice staff, Julia and Diane were very helpful. On-sit restaurant. Good view. Breakfast on the yard. Good breakfast. Hotel did laundry of my travel clothes within half a day for a goo price

Hotel maintained clean shower towels on the radiator heater. As some persons hang their used towels there, it is not a proper place to place clean towels.

Very nice and helpful staff, tasty breakfasts, large comfortable apartment.

The general reception is somewhat spoiled by the lack of access to the sea due to the construction work carried out in front of the hotel. We also did not manage to use the restaurant because we came across the New Year's Eve.
