The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was spacious & clean. The location was good, shops & supermarket were nearby. & railway station was about a 10min walk away. Breakfast was also good offering cereal, cakes, & juices & of course coffee.

I always had problems with the television, I found it very complicated to use & the remotes never worked properly either.

The hotel itself is fine, considering. It is comfortable, cleaned and the staff is just really kind. It only has a bar in the very same building with its terrace and entrance right below the hotel windows. It felt like the music was coming from inside of our room. On the bright side: we had one of the best dining experiences of our trip in Bagheria. Make sure you visit Trattoria Don Ciccio for a meal, less than 10 min walk from the hotel.

The breakfast was very poor. Not bad but almost nothing to eat..

Room was comfortable and the A/C was working well. The hotel is located in the center of the city and it is well positioned to move around. Value for money quite good.

The hotel is very simple, I asked to borrow an iron but they only had a dirty and old one and no board. The breakfast was a bit weird, served at the table and not buffet, it was not the same for every guest.

I liked the staff. It was clean and easy to navigate. Have an elevator. It is in the middle of a nice area. Lots to do around it and easy to walk about with a child. Nice food around the vicinity. There is a rather decent breakfast in my own opinion I think some the reviews are harsh, you should expect a sweet breakfast as is custom. Nice cafe, good juice, warm cornetto, fresh fruit and some other options that I rather appreciated. Also we speak in English and some Italian but I felt like the staff was kind and patient.

I’d saaay, I didn’t appreciate how loud the room we stayed in was. It was right below a restaurant in the evening, the restaurant is part of the hotel which I didn’t know :). But it was very loud between that and the plaza outside the window blasting very loud music. I did also expect a larger room based off what I booked but we made it work. And the room was nice and clean. But other wise I’d say it was nice stay and conveniently placed. With the noise I think if you are okay with it, it isn’t a big deal, I still got sleep and so did my child haha.
