We decided to stay here to visit nearby Palermo. A beautiful villa with its own charm, a large terrace and a beautiful garden. The hosts were very kind, recommending nearby pizzerias and restaurants, and also suggesting the best way to get to Palermo by train, as driving in this city can be challenging for foreigners. There is ample parking space on the street in front of the house. Guests have the opportunity to use a shared kitchen for cooking and eating, as well as a library in the tower of the villa. Breakfast was not very rich, but sufficient.

I had an amazing stay at Villa Edera! The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect, near to train station where you can travel to Palermo.The breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was a truly memorable experience. If you travel by car no worries about parking, there is a lot of space on a street. Highly recommend! ;)

Everthing was above excellent. The room a was super clean , air condition was working great, view from rooms was amazing, neighborhood is very silent and cozy , so many free parking places around the hotel and breakfast was really delicious and fresh . Staff were super friendly and helpful. When we asked something they helped us immediatly. One of the best and unforgetable accommodation for us . We highly recommend .

Domenico and Pietro are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. The check-in and check-out went smoothly and our room fully met our expectations. The AC was a lifesaver during the heatwave! The breakfast was just right, not too much and not too little to choose from. Fresh cappuccino was always served as well and if, for example, you needed extra milk, you could just ask them. I also liked how friendly they treated every guest but also their cleaning stuff. We felt like we were staying at a big family. The location is also very convinient: the nearest train station is just a 10-15 minutes walk away, small beaches (with stones) are also just 5 minutes away and there are very delicious restaurants in a 5-25 min walk radius in the area.

Porticello and Santa Flavia are in general beautiful towns, but it's sad to see a lot of garbage lying around the streets and sometimes on the beach. I hope it changes to the better in the future and that both tourists and locals value the beauty of this place. Domenico and Pietro are great examples on how it can be done by sorting the garbage and keeping everything on their facility clean! :)

Room very comfortable. We were on first floor with a balcony with nice views. Breakfast was nice out on patio. Convenient to eating houses, old harbour and Old Porticello. Train station 10 minute walk away. Went to Cefalu by train, bit over an hour depending on day and time. Building was tastefully renovated about 6 years ago

About 30 minutes walk to Sant'Elia beach which is sandy. Bit far on a hot day. Otherwise good.

The property was a jewel! Everything was clean, organized, and Domenico and Pietro were amazing hosts!! The room was spotless and had all the amenities. The living area was very spacious and there was tons of space outdoors. The green areas were just beautifully done and kept up. If you are going to visit Paöermo, I HIGHLY recommend you stay here and take the train into the city from the Bagheria station. It was only a short drive from the property. There are some great places in Santa Flavia for food!!

Absolutely charming place!! 😊 I had an amazing time. The place is run by two brothers who are the most friendly and welcoming people. They drove me to the nearby archeological park for free and even picked me up. You will feel totally welcome and cared for. Incredible views from the lookout tower and everything is close by. Highly recommended!!!

The property has been freshly updated. The room and bathroom were a good size. The breakfast was great. It is in a residential area and a short walk to restaurants, the train station and the sea. The brothers were both very friendly and accommodating..I would stay again.

Apartment was quite big, had space to work, to rest, access to terrace with a sea view. It had everything one needs. It was clean, had towels and beddings. 10 min walk to the train station. There was no problem parking the car in the street. There was small store nearby, had most of basic items. 30 min drive from Palermo.

One had to drive to get some bigger shopping.

Lovely house with garden, 2 terases with sea wiev. You can use well equiped kitchen. It´s god plase to visit Palermo. Train (12 min from house) is in 20 min in The Central station Palermo. It was realy easy to find parking place on the street which was quiet and wide enought.
