This b&b is in a beautiful building, with fresh, clean rooms and a gorgeous terrace. It's within a 5 minute walk of the train station, and a little further for the main sites of interest in Bagheria. The breakfast was good, the coffee even better. It's also within easy reach of Porticello and the beaches around there, just the next stop on the train. Giorgia was kind and flexible, letting me leave my bag for a few hours before my next journey and also letting me check in a bit early. Unfortunately, there was an incidence with a party downstairs, but Giorgia the host was very apologetic about this as she was not aware of that it would be happening. Overall, my stay was still good and Giorgia is a very sympathetic host.

Unfortunately, there was a party happening in the restaurant downstairs that went on til late. The main problem was the music was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. Giorgia was very apologetic the next day and it was apparent this was the first time this had happened (since the restaurant is only a few months old). Some communication between the restaurant and b&b (they are owned separately) would have helped the situation as then guests can be prepared, or decide to stay somewhere else. I think this is just early teething issues and will likely be resolved quickly! It did unfortunately impact my stay a bit and sleep.

It’s a lovely place to stay. On top of unused space which makes it dark entering but up the stairs is a great space to stay. Terrific balcony with sitting and chilling. So clean.

I didn’t realize the room we had did not have a private bathroom. It’s shared with one other unit. Since that room wasn’t being leased out. It was great.

Location was perfect, and the room was amazing. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. I arrived super early and I was able to change out of travel clothes and leave my bags for the day. A huge plus in the heat

Would be nice to have facilities for tea or coffee outside of breakfast time.

We loved the location and loved having access to the lovely livingroom and big private terrace...felt very much at home in the very beautiful italian palazzo. Giorgia the host is really kind and prepared a very nice and cosy breakfast every morning on the terrace..we fully recommend the palazzo...a unique chance to go back in time and relaxe

A beautiful renovated palazzo with amazing floors. The weather was not so good, otherwise we would have use the beautiful terrace.

Our room was far too small and even though we knew it would be small it was darker and smaller than we expected. However we peeked into the other rooms and they looked amazing.

this hotel is perfect, very clean and bright, in an ideal location ( just near the train station ). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall the stay was perfect.

The rooms were lovely decorated; not too much just what we needed.

The pictures showed a nice barstyle setting but that is a seperate restaurant. It is a good and stylish restaurant! But it is not where breakfast is served; that is served upstairs on the terras. It is not a nice area for evening strolls but very closes to the railway station to Palermo or other coastal cities.
