Great location, attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast really nice (as italian culture having sweets in the morning, nice coffee too. Modern and comfortable.

Excellent location in the town. Parking readily available, right outside. Nothing complicated in the facilities or the arrangements, and everything functioned well. The staff are very pleasant, and the breakfast pastries are good.
No plug for the washbasin, but that is now commonplace in Italy, and I believe is done deliberately in a misguided attempt to save water.

Central location, adjacent to a very good pizza restaurant that appeared to be owned by the same owner.
I don't speak Italian and the owner didn't speak English but luckily one of his employees spoke English. It was not made clear what the breakfast arrangements were but it transpired it was served in the cafe, part of the restaurant next door. Note that as is common in Italy breakfast is coffee, cake and juice. Not great for someone who is cycling but it is what it is.

Perfect for one night stay during our tour of the region. The hotel is right in the centre of the town. The staff were very friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was coffee and a pastry.

Nice space, friendly people. Possible to park the car in front of the building. Restaurant next door is for breakfast.
Communication was difficult, most people only speak Italian. Room was very warm and noise from the street.

Nothing to like - a dungeon
The entrance was filled with old discarded furniture. Dusty and unattractive. The location was not identifiable. I had to seek the help of locals. The Wi-Fi did not work. The breakfast was insufficient for travelers. No fruits. no protein. The location requested on Booking.com was near Leccio. Instead, the location was two hours away in the opposite direction of our travels.
