The first thing I'd like to say about our stay here is Daniella and all the staff were absolutely incredible and they went completely out of their way to make our stay such an enjoyable experience. Everything from breakfast, to afternoon aperitifs, to dinner, to after dinner coffee and drinks was perfect. The hotel is very nice with a very pleasant garden and in a very good part of the town, with excellent views of the mountains. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The only downside is our stay here came to an end and the road can be a bit noisy but other than that we really loved staying here and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when we're back in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel.

I booked this hotel for my son because I knew he would enjoy a nice hotel like this in a great location in the middle of a very Medieval village. In his words, " You had the ambience of a village and the modern convenience of a comfortable hotel. The air conditioning was especially appreciated during the hot spell. A very friendly staff and a very clean environment. My parents and friend met up for breakfast every morning and the food was excellent. The Hotel Manager, Victor went out of his way to accomodate my needs, especially regarding arranging a biking trip to Mt. amiata with two local riders, which I really enjoyed. I would stay there again."

Though the location of this hotel is out of city, the hospitality of the staffs especially the reception desk Victor has much to offer for his exceptional service attendance to the hotel guests especially my friends and I that made us feel very much at home. This is a good hotel with a good strong staff support team which make this hotel the most preferred choice to live in for a good relaxing vacation in a beautiful scenic town of Castel Del Piano.

Nothing I can think of.

Great rooms, wonderful atmosphere, but the best of all was the friendliness of the staff. They couldn’t have been any more accommodating, I felt like a king. Given the very fair pricing I was positively astonished.

There was a Spa section that had to be booked in advance and cost extra but seemed to include everything in the Spa room at once for yourself – I would have preferred to be able to just use the sauna on a walk-in basis.

It's really a nice place, good location to travel around. The staff really made a difference since the arrival, we were given all needed information, and they could accomodate some special requests we had. We liked the view of the mountain from our room very much, and we could close shut the blind at night to have proper sleep. We didn't use spa or other wellness structure, but given their attention to details and the cleanliness, I would definitely try next time we visit.

The air-con didn't seem to work, and we didn't raise the issue because of our short stay (we found out late in the evening) - but in the morning we woke up and it felt very very hot in the room so we had to open windows (which isn't great, because some noise and light would filter in)

super big parking! When driving with a Land Cruiser with long wheelbase through italy, this was an unexpected luxury;-) Everything was spiffy clean and in mint condition, and the whole place gave you a vibe, as you should run into some Hollywood celebrities at any moment😃 And by all means: go out and explore this beautiful village by foot! it's a gem!

A spacious and quiet room. In general, it’s a very nice hotel with a good staff. I’ve been staying there many times.

Internet connection is weak. The restaurant is so-so, but there are much better places nearby.

The beakfast was good, delicious, but all veek was litle bit boring... same food 7 days !

This was a nice hotel and location, i would recommend it. The indoor and outdoor common areas were great. Breakfast had lots of choices including scrambled eggs with and without ham/bacon. WE enjoyed dinner in the resteraount including fresh pasta, and local wine. Staff were exceptionally helpful including suggesting an iternery for driving around the area.

Plenty of food. Excellent service and the front desk was super friendly. The cappuccino was okay.

You could improve the overall quality of the breakfast buffet.
