Perfect experience in Montalcino. Mastrojanni Relais is located in Montalcino, where you can find the world-best Brunello. The apartment was great in every aspect, room seems to be newly furnished and fully equipped with everything we needed. They have a very good taste in interior decoration and the room is just like a piece of art. We had our dinner at the restaurant and the florentine steak is so good that we would highly recommend to everyone. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, we would definitely come back again!

Georgiously designed and maintained property with exhilirating views, superb dining, and a staff that constantly exceeded expectations with friendliness and helpfullness. Breakfasts were included and they spared no expense in making sure you had significant choices, eggs any way, delicious patries, fresh coffee, etc. The winery just a short walk down the road was state of the art and the wines of Mastrajanni, especially the single vineyard offerings, were some of the best Brunello we have had. The rooms were large, clean and very quiet. the views from all rooms breathtaking.

Everything about Mastrojanni Relais was wonderful. The lovely staff, The restaurant and great food, The wine, The rooms, The air conditioning that actually worked well ( rare in other properties!) The location, The Pool and Terrace, The small spa facility, The Breakfast was the best we had in 2 weeks. Thoroughly recommend . Thank you for a lovely stay. We will return.

The only thing we would change is to have king beds instead of queens, There is plenty of room so not sure why they used smaller queens.

Realis Mastrojanni is heaven on earth! I cannot speak too highly of this magnificent hotel. It is beautiful, in a magnificent location with views to die for. Our room was beautiful - clean, quite and comfortable. The swimming pool is glorious and we spent our afternoons lazing by the pool, and taking in the beautiful Tuscan landscape. We couldn’t fault it. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. It seems they all love what they do and do it well every time! Particular mention of Filippo who checked us in and showed us around. Also Andrea in the restaurant provided fantastic service - and made the BEST Negroni I have ever had! The food provided in the restaurant was wonderful - Tuscan style and local produce - every meal was a delight. It was a joyful stay for us and I highly recommend this wonderful establishment!

This place is exceptional! From the beginning of our stay until the end- the staff of this resort went above and beyond to take excellent care of us. We felt like celebrities. The resort only has 11 rooms, some of which are suites, so it feels very private and peaceful. We had 2 sweets that were super spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings. The breakfast they serve is absolutely delicious, and all the lunches and dinners are prepared to perfection. The infinity pool is serene and comfortable, with breathtaking views of Montalcino. If you're looking for a relaxing stay/stop over in Tuscany on your trip to Italy, look no further! You will not regret staying in this place. We did not want to leave. Absolutely fantastic!

The staff was my favorite part. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff dinner. The bed, shower, and grounds were absolutely lovely. The wine tasting was amazing as well.

The relaxation area had a wonderful sauna. However, the hot tub was not hot, and the water level was too low for the jets to work. Also, there were parts of bugs (thorax with legs, wings) in the water. This was however included in the price of the stay.

Room was modern, very clean, and very comfortable. Hotel is located at the top of a hill, the views are exceptional, looking out over multiple vineyards and other estates. Hotel staff were incredibly helpful for booking activities and assisting us when our rental car broke down.

Not a dislike, but travelers should be aware that the property is located at the end of a somewhat rough dirt road, and that they should select an appropriate vehicle for reaching it.

BEAUTIFUL property, spacious room, and the entire staff was superb. We loved every minute of our stay and are counting down the days until we can return. The breakfast was fantastic and our dinner at the restaurant was also excellent. We also LOVED our wine tasting with Stefano - highly recommend staying here and taking advantage of everything this amazing winery has to offer!

Our stay at the Mastrojanni Relais was amazing, and exceeded every expectation of a perfect Tuscan countryside vacation. It truly was a dream come true. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the staff beyond professional and attentive, and the food at its restaurant Il Campaccio was so delicious we had dinner there twice! We rented a car and drove down from Florence. Driving on our own really gave us the chance to explore, and the hotel's parking was onsite and super convenient. They also have a wellness or relaxation room with a large jacuzzi tub, wet and dry saunas, and lovely waterfall shower for guests' private use by reservation, which was very appreciated given all the walking we had done in the first part of our trip. I wish our stay was longer, but we'll definitely be back. My wife and I recommend the Mastrojanni Relais to anyone seeking a piece of heaven.
