Everything was wonderful, the location is excellent with a wonderful view of the city and the hills of Tuscany, the rooms are spacious and very clean like the whole location, the bed is comfortable, the pool is clean, the breakfast is quite rich for Italy, I saw some reviews where the customers were complaining ..but I didn't understand why.. the staff extremely kind.. also some reviews wrote the opposite but I didn't face any problem

The property is beautiful and it’s in such a stunning location, only a 10 minute drive to the local town of Montalcino. The room we had was really comfortable, it has a lovely large bathroom and they’d very kindly left a bottle of their own wine as well as some water in the fridge which we really appreciated! The breakfast was also very well stocked and had some great options - the caprese salad was amazing! The hotel grounds are also super lovely to walk around and it has an amazing terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills. There is also a pool which you can lounge around - although the water was super cold! But that didn’t bother us too much!

The only fault would be that in the bathroom it seemed like there was a gap between the rooms and we could hear the people next door. It wasn’t a major issue but it was a bit strange! Also, this isn’t a negative comment, just more of constructive feedback, but it would be really beneficial if guests could book a wine tasting during their stay. I think they do offer it but when we arrived we asked if we could do one and was told no, you had to reserve it, but then wasn’t given the option to do so. Seeing as you’re on a vineyard, you want to be able to taste the wine so if they made this a bit more accessible, I think they would be onto a winner!

The property was well appointed and was finished very well inside. A bonus was the outside space which benefited from the sun in the morning and in the evening

Very little to dislike maybe a couple Of general thoughts which would add to the experience. I had asked for an iron and an ironing board and whilst we got the iron they didn’t have any ironing boards strange but would help to have one even a table top one. The second point was that you are staying at the vineyard where they produce superb wines yet i asked on a number of Occasions could I buy a bottle from reception how much was a tour etc and at no stage did I get a response which was a shame and maybe worth looking at as the owners.

The location was really good, it‘s really on a sea hight of 680meter and it‘s amazing surrounding with the different wine yards and famous Brunello from the different wine producers.

The pool was maybe too cold, 5C warmer would be nice as Montalcino is getting the cool wind from the sea side, approx. 55km it can be really windy. The staff might be more friendly and open to customers. The owner has own winary with Roso and Brunello, wery well known brand in Italy, however the accomodation do not offer Brunello wine to customers, also not wine tasting. When we asked, hotel personal was unfriendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Ragnaie! The staff were absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Our accommodation was very comfortable, spotless, and tastefully appointed, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the area. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Montalcino, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside that made every moment feel special. The included breakfast was excellent, with a delicious variety of fresh, high-quality options. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

The staff were really warm and friendly. The breakfasts were amazing farm spreads of fresh and local produce. The location was great at Montelcino provides an amazing town for dinner and evening drinks.

I thought the furniture in the room could have been a little more comfortable. As my wife and I were staying with my parents in one accommodation, having a comfortable lounge setting was a nice way to share a cup of tea or meet before going out. I thought this space could have been 10% more comfortable for us.

It was perfect for what we wanted, picturesque views, a great unit that was spacious, clean, and extremely functional. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment just felt so welcoming. I wish I knew the paint colour on the inside of the shutters and doors as it was so calming I might need to paint my office that colour. The breakfast was great, and allowed us to start off our day with delicious coffee and food. The team working was very friendly and kind!

Lovely lovely staff, they were so helpful and gave us some really good recommendations about wineries and restaurants and were so pleasant and friendly. Thank you so so much for helping us book! The pool area is so lovely and very peaceful, perfect place to chill out The breakfast was lovely and had soya milk available which is a really nice bonus.

The place is so peaceful and tucked away it made getting into town a little tricky with no taxi service available in the area, in this case an on-site bar area would be really nice to be able to sit out on the terrace with a drink perhaps.

Probably the nicest accommodation we have stayed in so far, with friendly service, breakfast, and a pool with views of the vineyards and mountains. The apartment has everything you need. We even stayed two days longer than planned. Just a 5-minute drive from the accommodation is the beautiful stone town of Montalcino, with many restaurants and small local shops. We will definitely come back here one day.

At night, the air conditioning gave us a bit of trouble as it wouldn't turn off, so we had to deal with it by switching off the circuit breakers.

The location was AMAZING. The gardens are gorgeous and the sights coming and going from the site were worthy of framing on my walls forever. Breakfast was delicious. More than enough options and excellent food quality. The coffee was amazing and freshly brewed.

Not a major downside, but I wish the hotel would stock up the fridge (or kitchenette) with ready-to-go (or close to) options for late-night dinner and/or a nightly fridge heist. Since the stay is in the countryside, away from the city, it's not so easy to go out and grab some food. Maybe a vending machine? (if only that wouldn't ruin the mood of the place...)
