The views were absolutely breathtaking from the bedroom, the poolside, from breakfast. The location was great - a short walk to the restaurants and bar. The staff were very attentive :) The size of the hotel was lovely, easily going from the room to the pool. The pool itself was wonderful - looking out at the views We loved our morning view from bed <3 It was really lovely coming baxk to the hotel in the evening and having an evening drink

The pillows were quite uncomfy and the bed wasn't the comfiest We were ok - but for older guests our room with steep stairs would have been a bit dangerous (we liked the location of our room though and the view from the bed)

Lovely blue pool (no longer green, as other reviews have said in the past). The view from the pool and bedrooms are amazing. Staff really helpful with suggestions and any questions. Able to order drinks from the hotel bar to enjoy by the pool!

Very limited vegan breakfast. Poor soundproofing - could hear coughing from other rooms. Limited space by the pool if busy. A bit pricey.

We spent a long time researching to find the perfect Tuscan hotel, and we found it! The staff were friendly and helpful, the views were incredible, the pool was very refreshing, the breakfasts were tasty. Everything was perfect! We would highly recommend this hotel right on the edge of beautiful Montelcino. We will be back. Many thanks 😊

The location is the best, at the start of the ZTL area, right before the city centre. The breakfast is complimentary and buffet style in a room with an incredible view. The view of some of the rooms is exquisite. We couldnt use the pool but i m sure during summer is gorgeous.

The parking is included but it isnt close to the hotel. You may leave the luggage and then take a car to a private parking some hundred of metres away. A little bit pricey

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is an uphill but easy walk to anywhere in town. The view from the property overlooking the valley is stunning. I found the staff to be very friendly and Alessandra at the front desk was extremely helpful.

The lighting in our room could have been a bit brighter. We had a room with a loft, which could pose problems for people with mobility issues but it was fine for us.

Pool, staff very helpful and friendly, don’t mind that the hotel was out of the way slightly, I liked the decor, incredible view of the landscape, painless stay with no problems.

TV only had streaming and no channels on, had to prompt people for coffee in the mornings, breakfast is a tad basic, bed is hard.

Outdoor patio was beautiful for breakfast and family time. Breakfast was adequate. View was spectacular. Located near taxi drop off and just a short walk to the elevator to take you near the main area. Too be fair there is a lot of walking and steams when you stay further up.Rooms were small but adequate. Would stay there again

Great location, lovely pool, great view & very peaceful. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice - cereal, toast, cheese & meats, fruit, pastries. Just what we wanted from our getaway! They also provide pool towels.

Not a dislike but the roads to the property are very narrow and steep, so be weary if driving.

Pool area could do with a tidy - weeds growing, pool cleaning equipment lying out for guests to see etc Generally would be nice for the bar to be more of a feature especially at sunset times

The hotel is very well located, you can walk everywhere. Our room was very nice with lots of space. The view from the terrase and pool is amazing. The breakfast was good but they could add some warm food like scramble eggs.

I would add a little more choices for breakfast, like scrambled eggs.
