The views were absolutely breathtaking from the bedroom, the poolside, from breakfast. The location was great - a short walk to the restaurants and bar. The staff were very attentive :) The size of the hotel was lovely, easily going from the room to the pool. The pool itself was wonderful - looking out at the views We loved our morning view from bed <3 It was really lovely coming baxk to the hotel in the evening and having an evening drink

The pillows were quite uncomfy and the bed wasn't the comfiest We were ok - but for older guests our room with steep stairs would have been a bit dangerous (we liked the location of our room though and the view from the bed)

The location is the best, at the start of the ZTL area, right before the city centre. The breakfast is complimentary and buffet style in a room with an incredible view. The view of some of the rooms is exquisite. We couldnt use the pool but i m sure during summer is gorgeous.

The parking is included but it isnt close to the hotel. You may leave the luggage and then take a car to a private parking some hundred of metres away. A little bit pricey

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is an uphill but easy walk to anywhere in town. The view from the property overlooking the valley is stunning. I found the staff to be very friendly and Alessandra at the front desk was extremely helpful.

The lighting in our room could have been a bit brighter. We had a room with a loft, which could pose problems for people with mobility issues but it was fine for us.

Outdoor patio was beautiful for breakfast and family time. Breakfast was adequate. View was spectacular. Located near taxi drop off and just a short walk to the elevator to take you near the main area. Too be fair there is a lot of walking and steams when you stay further up.Rooms were small but adequate. Would stay there again

I think the staff wasn’t used to children.

Great location, lovely pool, great view & very peaceful. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice - cereal, toast, cheese & meats, fruit, pastries. Just what we wanted from our getaway! They also provide pool towels.

Not a dislike but the roads to the property are very narrow and steep, so be weary if driving.

The hotel is very well located, you can walk everywhere. Our room was very nice with lots of space. The view from the terrase and pool is amazing. The breakfast was good but they could add some warm food like scramble eggs.

I would add a little more choices for breakfast, like scrambled eggs.

Room was dated, but very clean and nice. The hotel has a pool, rather cold, and a spectacular view. Staff were very helpful at breakfast which was good.

It was a bit of steep uphill to walk into town, it sits toward the end of Montalcino, although if you are in shape it is not a problem.

Amazing views from our rooms, looking out over the valleys below. Great location, close to restaurants and shops and central square. Very good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Shower was a bit small. Beds were a little firm for my taste.

Lovely hotel with a stunning view. It was like being in the clouds. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool staring at the view. Nice continental breakfast with lots of choice, good coffee and friendly staff. There is some limited parking but the turning in isn’t for the faint-hearted.

It would have been good to have a full length mirror in the room.

Room was nice, staff very accommodating. Beautiful view of countryside from the window. Availability of parking a big plus, but requires care and patience (steep narrow entry). Was great to have an elevator, went down to parking area level.

Room a little small, with less luggage would've been more comfortable (we were in Italy for three weeks so had more than a couple of carry ons). Electrical outlets limited, but found some after moving nightstands.
