It is an amazing little house just outside Montepulciano. The house is superclean, the decoration is very tasteful, the bathroom is huge and comfortable. The kitchen is small and cute, the living room is huge and there is a big smart TV. Bedroom is also very big and comfortable. Outside, there is a nice view of Montepulciano behind the trees/fence and a cute cool garden. It's nice to enjoy the breakfast outside. The hosts offer a coffee machine with pots, some crackers, and jams. Check-in is total self guided and super easy. There is a parking just outside the door of the house.

Aircondition in the living room was not performing well. The mattress, although it was comfortable, it was leaning towards the center.

This property is spectacular. Every detail found throughout the apartment was high quality with a harmonious blend of antique and art deco. The owners were easy to communicate with and efficient at assisting the guest from beginning to end. This incredible home has a history filled with stories old and new. Easy to find, perfectly located just a 20 minute walk from Montepulciano with vistas that take your breath away. It is so quiet and peaceful here. The kitchen is fully equiped, the furniture comfortable, rustic yet chic. We did not want to leave and are sure to stay here again! Mille Grazie !!

The room was cosy and comfortable. It’s a shame that we only had one night didn’t get a chance to explore more. Our room has a separate entry with lots of privacy. The Bed was comfy, shower had a good water pressure however it would be better if the shower has a holder for shampoo, body wash and soap. The property itself is very fun to explore, my 12yo son grew up in big city was intrigued by the free range roosters and hens that was roaming in the yard. Kept him entertained for ages. Our host Giorgio greeted us after we settled in he was friendly and helpful.

No fault of the property but Googled maps has the wrong location pinned as the GPS directed us to #4. The shower screen door is not 100% sealed and water pools out of the shower making the bathroom floor wet.

First thing we noticed is a great view on Montepulciano. The host is very friendly and attentive. He reacted quickly to any requests from our side. The room was clean and in a great condition. The room looked very authentic and cozy. We had plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from for breakfast. The apartment is placed close to the old city centre, it took us only 2 minute to reach by car. Check-in and Check-out was hussle free as we could do it any time on our own.

Giorgio and his family were very welcoming. He and his son explained the flat and local area well. Our daughters fell in love with their cat Rosito and budgerigar birds. The place had everything you could need. It had two outside sitting places that had very nice views. Amazing views. The bathroom was nice and mod. The whole flat was very clean. There were screens on all the windows. We loved our stay and were sad to leave. In addition, a vinyard is literally across the street about an 8 minute walk, local pizza place 5 minute walk. The town was about 15 minutes walk, so if you love the outdoors, you can walk everywhere.

We had to leave. Our daughter literally cried for 20 minutes, she missed Rosito.

Very romantic, cosy and comfortable set-up. The kitchen was well equipped (coffee (caps), tea, snacks and cold drinks. The place offers outside facilities (we stayed only one night, hence we didn’t have enough time, but if I considered a longer stay, I would def come back). You’re also surrounded by beautiful views as well as great tavernas. I truly recommend it.

Lovely hosts and a great apartment! There were so many really cool touches in the apartment from the HUGE shower to the cashbar. There were even sunbeds out in the garden. The hosts were so nice and gave us great advice. Great spot for visiting Montepulciano.

The wifi was a little spotty but honestly we just relaxed in the amazing garden so it didn't matter to us.

This family owned property is fantastic! The location is perfect and close the center of Montepulciano ( about 20 minutes by foot) as well as if your goal is to tour around the Val D’orca. Excellent communication from Girgio and his Son to make sure my stay is comfortable. They also proved recommendations/tips on things to do around the area. Very pleasant and welcoming people!

A very good location with excellent on-site parking. For a short stay, the room and kitchenette were adequate and well stocked. The bed was comfortable, and there were a number of outside areas in a very well-kept garden. Good sitting area up high with a nice view. We were there during a heat wave, and the bedroom fan was only just adequate with no air-conditioning. Lower temperature times it would have been fine. Giorgio was a good host.

We enjoyed our stay at B&B Al Vecchio. Great, helpful hosts and the room itself was comfortable, lovely and well equipped. The little breakfast station was very nice and thoughtful. We also enjoyed the cats, chickens and roosters - made it feel very homey.
