Location was beautiful, pool(s) were warm, exercise room was fantastic. So many ammendies, from wooden combs to cool face clothes. Spa was small, but nice.

I know it costs a lot of money; I get that. But I think that $50 euros for a buffet breakfast was just taking advantage of their guests! Location was beautiful, but isolated, so difficult to get around except for their overpriced transportation options. Therefore, no point in going to the closest town 20 minutes away for your breakfast croissant, it will cost you 115 Euros!

This is for sure the best of best! The entire resort is very well maintained and so welcoming. We were well taken care of by the team and our dog spent a great for her birthday.

Well there is. As a couple with the same sex you would expect the hotel to well acknowledge this before they have the room ready for us. However this is not the case when you see two laundry bags as “one for him and the other for her” as usual, and the flip-flops in the bathroom as well.

It is absolutely gorgeous - like a fairytale. The rooms are insane - so so so so big as one may expect given the price. They had lots of food options and organized special dinners which were very nice touch. We enjoyed the Tuscan family style Sunday dinner - excellent meat!!!!

80% of the staff was outstanding but I have given lower rating on staff because for this price point you expect 100% of the staff to be outstanding. They were all very nice but some were not fully trained yet - we got lukewarm Rose wine vs cold. We had booked a room with a balcony and on arrive they upgraded the room but it didn’t have a balcony which was key for us. In the end they definitely more than fixed the situation by upgrading us to a room with terrace but only after I was asked to show that my reservation included a balcony which was a bit odd. The vibe was a bit more rosewood and a bit less Tuscany - which is not necessarily a negative - depends on your taste.

Everything. This has got to be one of our most favorite resorts in Tuscany / Italy. The family specifically asked that we spend a night here to relieve a previous holiday we had at this amazing resort. And it exceeded our expectations. Even after a few tough years during the pandemic. Bravo Rosewood Castiligion del Bosco - property, food, drinks and most importantly the staff. If anything has changed, I would say only for the better. Thank You for making our brief stay utterly magical.

Maybe an umbrella in the terrace of our Il Borgo room. Other than that, perfect!

It is a great facility with two small restaurants with excellent food, very Tuscan and authentic. Staff is very helpful.

We had a bad experience in one of the restaurants We reserved a table and when we arrived it was occupied even though we are residents in the hotel, also the hotel is not handy cab

The property and staff are incredible and it’s the second time we have been back within 12 months. as an example we had a hire car with a flat tyre and the hire company was non-responsive - overnight the Rosewood staff fixed the tyre without any fuss.

Too commercialized, nickel and dime people like no welcome half bottle of wine like other castles in the area Gravel walkway should be Brock like other, green gates to new areas should be iron like the rest, ruins the look. Also priced significantly higher than other castles in the area we stayed at that were amazing
