! Beautifully designed, clean, and cozy, this hotel offers an excellent breakfast and an outstanding in-house restaurant. But what truly makes this place special is the amazing staff — always smiling, kind, and ready to help with any question or request. Their warmth and attentiveness add a special touch to the whole experience. Highly recommended!

The only thing we would suggest improving is the water pressure in the shower — increasing the flow would make the experience even better

The staff were welcoming, helpful and professional. Good breakfast with a huge choice. Dinner was good too. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds. Well kept gardens.

For 2 days the air-conditioning did not function. There was no explanation or apology until we asked about it. In the garden and around the pool there was traffic noise (not the hotel's fault). I thought the hotel was quite expensive. There were 3 added charges to the price quoted on Booking.com. The dinner menu did not change.

Location was breathtaking, the hotel is just very pretty in general. Staff was helpful and had an overall pleasant stay.

The dinner at the restaurant felt a bit like a scam, I would not recommend eating there. Prices are quite expensive and the portions were ridiculous. Perhaps it was meant to be a fine dining experience , but we were definitely not blown away. For myself as a vegetarian I only had one choice for pasta, and it basically tasted like an instant red sauce. My partner took meat and it wasn't tasty either.

Overall, an enjoyable experience. It is a modern hotel with great amenities and facilities in great shape. I liked the breakfast in particular. Plus an extremely satisfying dining experience. Also, the location is excellent if you want it away from the hustle and bustle. All staff members were amiable and ready to serve guests in an upbeat fashion.

We struggled with the matrasses in our room – the only 'negative' related to the hotel. One observation regarding the village of Armeno, though. It's seen better and much more vibrant times. Consequently, a hotel guest may struggle to find any alternative dinner experience outside of the hotel within reach.

Beautiful little hotel a tiny bit away from the hubbub of the Orta lakeside. Easy to get everywhere from there but quieter and cooler. Room was really great. Stupendous breakfasts. Good facilities and fabulous staff who could not have been more helpful or friendlier.

The restaurant is amazing, staff delightful but a bit too smart and the food too rich for everyday.

The design of the hotel and the room is a bit outdated, A coffee machine and hot water for tea in the room would have improved the stay.

We had no trouble reaching all the beautiful romantic sights, either by foot or by car. Our four-day stay was filled with delightful surprises. The love and attention to detail that went into creating this hotel were evident in every corner. The owner and the entire team went out of their way to ensure that we had a memorable experience. The evenings spent in the cozy restaurant were particularly special, catering to the taste of gourmets. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and romantic holiday. The memories of our stay will stay with us for a long time!

The hotel has a lovely garden and terrace where you can sit and enjoy a drink or coffee. The pool is nice. In the restaurant, delicious food and high service are served. Breakfast is really good with a nice selection. But probably the best thing is that all the staff are so nice and friendly, which really makes the place a place worth recommending. We loved this place.

There was a street close to where some noice from traffic, not heavy, was reducing a little the relaxing by pool - not a big issue.

The hotel is a little gem: elegant, comfortable and so welcoming, with views to the mountains. Breakfast was abundant and offering some nice specialties and good vegan/vegetarian options. There is a small gym, which could be improved. The staff was truly exceptional: efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We got great tips for visiting nearby areas and could check-in before noon even, within an hour since booking (we had hastily left a nearby accommodation with an inappropriate owner). The dinner options were also good and decently priced. Rooms ar not very big but offer all the comfort you need and the bathrooms have a very elegant and modern design. Everything is spotlessly clean and there is free parking on the site. We can only recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it whenever we are nearby.

Nothing, everything was exceptional

The hotel is very nice, the staff (especially the bartender) are very nice and polite, and helped us a lot with whatever we needed. The room was stylish and the bed comfortable, and the experience was very positive.
