Location by the water and the setting. Contemporary but nicely done . The bistro experience was spectacular but book for lunch not dinner to get the best of the stunning views ! The pool area and waterfront are lovely.

Really a bit shocked and surprised after nearly 1,000 euros for a single night stay, to be charged just to use the Sauna and steam room. It’s not like we had any treatment …. But the hotel calls it a “treatment” which involved giving us a wrist band telling us how long to stay in the sauna and steam and then charged us 180 euros for the pleasure. It’s sad really as a nice stay ended up feeling like a rip off - and we didn’t even know about the extra cost until we had the bill the next day. Sadly won’t be back.

The pool is big and there many sunbeds around and also on the private beach. There is a direct access to the lake for swimming or boating. The room was very spacious and modern with a large balcony

The restaurant staff was really not helpful, they barely welcomed us at night for drinks or for the morning breakfast. We never got what we ordered. They were more focused on dealing with other customers than us. Same with the pool guy who never gave us towels but was really nice with ladies. And during the day, while relaxing by the lake, the bar guy never asked us what we wanted to drink whereas he was asking all the other customers. We felt unwelcomed as a gay couple.

Absolutely everything. The room was the best we’ve ever stayed in at a five star hotel and the pool/lake with access to watersports were incredible

The hotel structure means the Michelin star restaurant overlooks the pool. So if you’re not dining and sunbathing you may need to get used to diners seeing you but honestly worth it for the views and the incredible hotel experience

The facilities are exceptional. The service was top. Loved the seating by the lake with the sand. The swimming pool was clean with an amazing view.

For breakfast they only serve a certain amount of food and if you arrive later there is none, example the speciality yogurt they prepared was finished they wouldn’t prepare extra neither cut more fruits. The concierge could recommend more restaurants that are not Michelin star.

The Restaurant is exceptional (both Dinner and Breakfast). The staff is helpful, kind and friendly without being fastidious.

Our room was overlooking an RV picnic area and there was a house in front which blocked some of the Lake view. The balcony is extremely large but barn so not really useful.

The design is very minimalist and nice. Breakfast and lunch is very good. Michelin restaurant good but a bit overrated. There were some misunderstanding with the reservation via booking but the staff find excellent solutions for all issues being super nice. I strongly recommend this place.

Gorgeous modern property right on the shore of Lake Orta. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The space felt brand new and it's very well designed.

Food and drinks were way overpriced and staff in the restaurant barely acknowledged you. Only one umbrella at the beach which was occupied if you didn’t show up at 7am

Beautiful property at the edge of Lake Orta. The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. Our room had a kitchenette which came in handy. In the warmer, there is a great pool and one can swim in the lake as well.
