Beautiful location right in the center of Omegna. Spacious room, very clean and with a big bathroom. Breakfast included. Very good value for money.

I cannot think of anything that could be better for the money we paid. Absolutely worth it!

Ancient house (former monestry) in very center of the city renovated with modern facilities.

It was pretty hot, AC didn't work, we had to keep windows opened but it is noisy in the square outside so we asked to change the room to the one with windows to a patio then it was very quiet, we could sleep with open windows.

Spotless clean, large bathroom, friendly staff, restaurant in building, central in village and close to lake and restaurant.

Only 1 PowerPoint next to bed that was occupied for light next to bed

The facilities were beautiful and very comfortable and quiet . The location was perfect. Breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful restored Villa. Great and specious room, Friendly Staff. They allowed us to check in early and to park our car in their facilities

Helpful staff on checkin; seating on inner courtyard ; bathroom seemed brand new ; location in town and right near the lake .

Room was a little dark .

Great location right on the lake promenade, clean room, cozy in-yard.

A bit noisy, loud TV half of the night, youth is making love on the street (well, it's May, nobody can blame them).

Breakfast was very good quality but basic, would have benefited a lot from the inclusion of a menu.

The position is absolutely strategic for Orta Lake. The building is an old covent very well restructured and very cosy. the internal court is splendid, room new, clean and comfortable. Good the breakfast

The room facing the out square are a bit noisy.

My second stay at Locanda La Francisca and it was excellent again. Great location, very nice staff, free parking. Simple but very comfortabel and clean rooms. I loved the breakfast in de courtyard in the morning. Also try their restaurant, the food is very good. Will book again in the future for sure.

English communication with the staff is a bit hard, but manageable. Let's say it adds to the Italian experience:)
