The free secure parking was excellent. The location was good as just by crossing a busy road you were at the shores of Lake Maggiore, with plenty of opportunities to eat and drink (BUT take insect repellent spray!). The breakfast was basic, with no hot drinks machine, but the staff made a great coffee and were happy to make a second cup. The hotel has a restaurant, but we never ate there. There was also a supermarket over the road.

When the restaurant was closed, you gained access via a back door to the building. Not really a problem but if it was dark some people may be nervous.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The entire staff was lovely, gave us a warm welcome, and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and every request we had was answered quickly and kindly. We would especially like to thank Mariya from the breakfast team – she was kind, helpful, and gave us excellent recommendations that really enhanced our trip. A great experience overall – we’d be happy to return!

Reasonably good value for money. The restaurant in house is simply fantastic. Do much so that I would suggest booking. Great parking available onsite.

The room we were allocated was very small and difficult to manoeuvre around with simply two wheelie bags and two people.

A modern clean hotel a short walk from the lake. Helpful staff on reception. We were able to park our motorcycle in the private car park undercover. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony with views of the lake and the mountains. Comfortable bed with a nice bathroom and shower. Air con worked fine.

Restaurant, location, parking

Bathroom has some problems, door cannot open properly because the basin is in the way☹️Something went wrong with the design. Just put a sliding door and your problem will be solved😁No drinking water in the room.

Recently remodeled rooms. Very comfortable bed in one room out of two. Nice breakfast and serviable staff.

Average comfort of bed in the second bedroom. Showers a little small and lacking a nozzle, just an overhead which isn’t practical.

Location, Location, Location. Beautiful hotel in the centre of the village. 1 minute away from Beach, Restaurants and Mini Market. Evening Alfresco meal was amazing with local specialities and excellent wine choice by the staff. A really amazing week spent in a beautiful place...

Very big room and bathroom, very clean

Breakfast buffet was quite poor. The bread was not ready al 8.15, there was no butter just vegetable spread, poor choice of ham & cheese. No fruit. It was very difficult to park since the parking was full because of restaurant guests

Room was really with a balcony and a nice view heating and AC depending on how you like it. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurant in the evening does the best food! Fantastic.

Lovely relaxed feel. Immaculately clean bedrooms, great breakfast and lovely staff. The restaurant is a must, excellent food and children made to feel welcome.
