I was there only for one night on my way from Italy back to Switzerland, but I can nevertheless say that my stay was pleasant. I arrived very late, but parking is on premises, and self-check-in was absolutely easy. The next morning I got a decent breakfast even though I got up a little too late - no fuss about it. I am very thankful for that! Great price-performance ratio for a hotel room including breakfast. Warmly recommended for a stay on the shores of Lago Maggiore!

The second time at this hotel. Everything is absolutely exceptional. We really appreciate the comfort, the unique staff and the atmosphere of hotel. From our point of view, you get much more than you have paid. We will come back! Thanks to everyone at Sant Anna.

The place is very cosy and has a nice quiet atmosphere. The staff is amazing. Bruna, at the reception welcomed us so nicely and gave us great advice on what to do. Marco was also very pleasant and helped us with the restaurant reservation. The breakfast room is lovely. There is not a big veriaty but everything is really good.

The bed mattress is really hard for me. The Air conditioner is turned on only in June, though it was 26 degrees Celsius when we were there.

No problems at all with cleanliness and service. The aircon was much appreciated during the hot late-summer days. Very happy with the breakfast choices.

Bed is a bit hard for my taste, particularly after sleeping in hard beds for 2 weeks already.

It’s such a cozy place! The hotel is not new but very well maintained. Clean and with lovely balcony. We loved breakfast and the green yard. In general we felt like home there. And great value for money!

Friendly staff, great location from which to take the boat over to the islands, good breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant and working air con - what more could you want! The hotel has parking that's easy to access and we found the area around the Santanna good for walks and giving our kids a run around.

Clean, the staff was very nice, quite place and nice coffee.

On sunday is a bit challenging to get a coffee because the reception is not working all day.

Budget hotel with a little luxury thrown in- super shower, good air conditioning and ample breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Plus villa Taranto was a few minutes walk away

It’s a really friendly and beautiful place, with very nice stuff members, everybody kind and helpful. Plus they have a wonderful little garden with a small playground which our daughter enjoyed a lot.

Good location in a really nice area, close to both Pallanza and Intra, good ferry connections and busses to go around the lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I cannot recommend enough
