The staff was lighting fast at accommodating each of our requests, we had to stay one day more than planned and they offered to move our luggages on our behalf. No extra costs, and the prices are astonishing for what you are offered.

The hairdryer in the lower-tier room was not excellent by any means, still kind of usable by the way. My only other complain has nothing to do with the hotel itself, it's just the fact that there are no pedestrian crossing to be seen anywhere near the structure, so crossing the road is always kind of gamble

We loved this place! This is in the style of the "American Motel" where you park right in front of your room, which, as for me, makes the experience of staying here relatively unique. The rooms were nice, shower deserves a specific attention (nice design, great water pressure, great water quality). All small 'toilet' supplies are also provided, small treat but very nice overall. We really liked the place, especially its location: it is right near the lake, there are some walking trails in the area, very nice restaurants in the area and many nice towns around. Not sure if this place is good if you are not driving.

Great stay. Facilities were great decent size room and the bed was big and comfortable. Can't comment on babies cot as we brought our own. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, a big of selection of sweet and savoury food, definitely worth paying 8€ for it. The late check out (12 o'clock) was just perfect for us having a little one who needed a nap mid morning. It's so handy to be able to park right in front of the room and even though it was busy, it was very quiet. Arona and the lake is nearby, literally just 10 mins straight down the road. Perfect for a weekend away:)

Great hospitality, everything is well organised, the lobby of the motel is cosy and well equipped, it's convenient to stay here with your car parked right in front of the room. Rooms are well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable enough for a 1 night stay.

The area around this property is not suitable for tourists. It's full of holiday homes, shopping centres and there's not much to see and no infrastructure for walking and sight seeing nor for a lake beach vacation.

good spot if you have a car, A/C was doing good job, room was spacious, bed super comfortable, a lot of basic toilet stuff available (even single use toothbrushes which was replaced each day if we decided to throw out previous ones). Really helpful staff-lady, she borrowed us electricity adapters

One small issue was that parking spot for our room 159 was not available - parking place is not there anymore, now there are stairs to some other staff part of the motel. But it's not a major problem because you still can easily park the car in distance of 50 meters where a few unlabeled parking spots just waits to be used. And missing parking place next to room door was only the case for our room as far as I noticed, rest of parking spots are super fine

-Staff can speak English. (very valuable in Italy) -Very convenient to park your own car in front of the room. -Clean rooms and lobby. -Good breakfast.

-There is a lot of traffic in front of the hotel and no sidewalks, so it is dangerous to walk. -The access to the car from the room is a little noisy at night instead of being easy to get to. -When going from the room to the canteen room or reception, you have to go through the outside. (I couldn't figure out how to open the inner door. It might not open.)

Spacious room, very large and comfortable bed, gigantic mirror opposite the bed. Lots of storage space. Good water pressure in the shower. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Car parking right next to the room door. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. Friendly staff.

Outdated furniture and room design (but very well maintained).

I read some reviews that say "good for one night".In my opinion, if you like the location of the hotel, you can stay for 10 days.The car is in front of the entrance to the room. A big plus because of the luggage.The rooms are nice and big.The bed is huge.Honestly, I was surprised by the small number of guests.And I would like to give a praise to the girl at the front desk.She was very, very kind.

The room was very good, clean and well decorated. Staff very helpful. The bed was super comfortable and had a stylish bathroom, with good shower and lots of additional complimentary accessories. Lots of places to eat nearby (The Old Wild West restaurant, over the road, was good.)

Breakfast was fantastic as the staffs were friendly and accommodating our request.

I didn't expect this hotel to be 4 star (no offence) given the facilities available and overall appearance of the hotel. The light in the shower area is a little irritating
