Fernanda is the cutest hist you could imagine. Her welcoming attitude undermined by a self-made breakfast in living room atmosphere is what makes your stay at Casa del Lago unique. Highly recommended for an authentic, comforting and relaxing time out at the most prettiest area of Lago Maggiore. With a public Spiaggia and port just around the corner, one must not miss anything for experiencing Italy as it should be. Won't be the last time at Casa del Lago!!!

Everything at this place exceeded my expectations. The room was large, well-decorated, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious. The owners took good care of me. There was a quiet bar that served food next door to this B&B. I highly recommend this place.

It is always the service that can turn a good stay into an exceptional stay. The staff were incredibly lovely, providing information, help, and a wonderful level of service that felt truly home like rather than merely a commercial transactional stay. What will strike me from my stay, is not the charming lake, the nightly electrical storms, the gorgeous food, but the exceptional service I received. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

It is an amazing location, very clean and cozy room, great breakfast (with meat, eggs, fruits and fresh pastries) and the sweetest hostess ever. She spoke little English, but was trying her best to communicate and take the best care of us! We highly recommend the place!

Maria and her husband were so hospitable and ever so eager to help with anything we needed. The location was great, the beds were really comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was like a buffet. Maria even catered for our gluten free diets! They refused to let us carry our suitcases because we were "on holidays"! They were such generous and kind hosts. We will definitely come back!

The B&B is operated by a lovely old lady and her husband. The breakfast was amazing. We were travelling by train and on the day of check-out the owners gave us a ride to the train station. They even made sure we had breakfast beforehand although we had to leave early in the morning. Simply a great stay!
